Sorry so late with this review and I know the hotel is now closing for awhile, but don’t hesitate to stay here upon the reopening.
It’s rare, but it happened here. The housekeepers did NOT change towels and sheets unless the requests were made. Bravo and keep it up!
The hotel will be renovated in the next months but we didn’t find ourselves disliking our stay. Conditions in general were not bad at all.
There are NOT too many cats around and they are taken care of by the hotel. One is not allowed to feed them.
The reception personnel, as well as others all over were very helpful and courteous. We had a problem upon arrival with a modem not installed in our room. We were quickly given another room and our items were helpfully moved by the personnel. The telephone didn’t work properly but we were told how to dial differently.
And that’s about it for the negatives.
Positives are location, cleanliness, the buffet breakfast ( all items available even late, eggs made to your desire with add ins gotten just for us in the kitchen), nice beaches and pool, activities , rooms spacious with very comfortable beds and linens, storage space, good showers and amenities.
We personally would not recommend half pension as the choice of excellent restaurants nearby is vast.
If we come back to Lanzarote, we would hesitate to stay here again.More
