“Great buzz, great food, great drinks with no idiots!”
Reviewed October 31, 2013

Travelling with a toddler we normally come well equipped but the restaurants and café bars are so child friendly (although note: not a lot of baby change facilities) that as parents, we were able to relax and still take care of our little one. There was plenty to see and do (people watching was fun!) and the seats are so comfortable - those big squashy Spanish wicker chairs. I must admit I really looked forward to my evenings at Pueblo Marinero. Captain Hook's Bar was my favourite.

Look out for Funde Greuber store - lovely designer perfumes and makeup as cheap as Boots.

“Superb location”
Reviewed October 26, 2013

We found a small tapas bar [TheTaberna] and it was so good [quality and price] that we went back the following day despite staying in Costa Tiguese at the other end of the island! Anything you didn't finish off for lunch went 'over the side' in to the water to feed the fish....quite a frenzy!
