What can I say that already hasn't been said, probably the best Greek hotel I've stayed in.

What a fabulous time we had and everyone was soo lovely and welcoming. Thanks to the reception team and cleaning staff.

Also a big thanks to Nat, Nella and Simone who work so hard, they all did a great job behind the bar, also keeping everyone entertained, they always had a smile and made you feel welcome.

Rooms were spacious, lovely and clean, the place was soo pretty with all the lovely flowers.

We will definitely go back 100%, hope to see you all soon, thank you all.

Nissia Kamares Hotel Apartments – Kos

Well laid out little complex of apartments, less than 5 minutes walk from the main square & beach. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and secluded seating areas these apartment are considered by many of the locals we spoke to as the best accommodation in the area. The fresh water pool is fantastic, with plenty of shade & seating, we enjoyed the hotel breakfast there every morning. The air-conditioned apartments are well set out & spotlessly clean, not overly fussy & maybe a little dated but they have everything you need in them. There’s a supermarket 3 minutes walk away or light bites can be ordered from the bar by the pool – Warning the portions are LARGE. Check out the Stone Roses bar, Thomas Grill & Avli Restaurant in the central square. The staff couldn’t be more helpful & friendly, I genuinely can’t think of any huge negatives - I just recommend sitting back & relaxing for your whole stay.
And it's only 10 mins taxi ride from the Airport

For the first time in over 20years we came back to the same hotel the following year.
Always worried that perhaps not as good as before , not to worry .
The staff are excellent , rooms are spotless and the whole place is kept beautifully.
Only slight change was a move from Alacarte breakfast menu to a buffet breakfast . That said it was still very nice , good hot selection eggs , bacon , sausage etc to cereals , pancakes, cake and cold meats . Topped up regularly .
Location is brilliant a few minutes walk to the centre of the resort .
My suggestion is if you’re visiting Kardamena you’ll be pressed to find anything better.
Thanks for an enjoyable holiday!

Room tip: Family rooms have separate bedroom with small balcony .

We stayed 4 nights here and really enjoyed our time at Nissia Kamares. The grounds are beautiful and very charming, with little rooms off courtyards full of colourful flowers.

Our room was a twin and they supplied a travel cot for our toddler. It was perhaps a bit on the small side because there was not much space to store our suitcases and we had the travel cot too, but worked perfectly well for us for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and had a two-ring stove, some kitchen equipment and sink and a table and chairs for those who want to self-cater, but we just had breakfast at the pool and went out to eat.

The pool is a good size and never seemed too busy while we were there, despite the place being full. They do a good breakfast buffet with a range of choices. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

The location is great, in a quiet street but very close to town, so only a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants/supermarket/bakery/beach. We particularly enjoyed eating at Pelagos and Avli, where the food and the staff were great. The beach was nice with decent sandy stretches. We went to a beach bar for a couple of days and hired sunbeds there, which was easy with a toddler.

Kardamena is a lovely little place, with nice restaurants and some bars, although I think 4 nights was long enough for us in a place this size. I would recommend anyone to go here for some chilled out beach time and nice meals out.

Our second visit, and just as perfect as last year. The staff are so friendly, and make you feel at home from the moment you step inside the property. Such a pretty little hotel. Everywhere is clean and well cared for. This year a buffet breakfast is available, which is great value and offers a great choice. The pool and bar area are never too busy, plenty of sun beds either in full sun or shade, if you prefer. We will be back again next year.

Room tip: All rooms have patio or balcony, however we prefer a room upstairs.
