We went to this beautiful location and Hotel end of August 2011. The Hotel was immaculate and the staff very friendly and very helpful!!! Our favourite resteraunt was the Asian one by far!! The other resteraunts fell short of the 5 star mark. The beach was ok but very pebbly. The children loved the children's pool but there was little of no entertainment for them but the beach made up for it and the trips to Bodrum and the sea trip were thoroughly enjoyed by all!!!

Room Tip: Choose a room with a pool outside your room as we were facing the other hotel so had no direct access etc. Would go again!

While this hotel was genarally fairly quiet (ie no Karaoke) it suited what we wanted. The pools were clean if a bit chilly at times and very salty, but outweighing that the food and staff were excellent. There was a singer on most nights (the same one) which did get a but samey but it wasnt compulsory! The ice cream parlour was a big hit with my teenagers, and the spa massages were fantastic. The fish and taverna restaurants had very good buffet-style fare but only open at lunchtime, whereas the asian and italian were open in the evening but only on a fixed menu.

For the last few years we have been pinching a week away early in October. The destination usually is decided on the best deal.So it was here that won last October.
I cant say I have any complaints at all.The hotel is large and very well kept. The pools beach and overall space is great. As there were not alot of people about it felt like you had the place to yourself.
The room was plenty big enough with a nice bathroom and the bed was comfy.
The pool bar, ice creamery and beach bar, also good.It is quite a way from the bottom pools to the pool bar and back but it gives you a little exercise.
Although there are 5 restaurants due to the time of year some were closed, didn't find this a problem as the main restaurant is good.I know the hotel must cater for all but sometimes the meals felt rather mass produced.I love Greek food but seemed to miss out here.Just my experience and should not put anybody off.
Quick mention for the Thompson rep,Bethan, she is one of the best reps we have had.
Didn't have a problem with any of the staff here, the Greek people are so friendly and helpful, they all work so hard to keep everybody happy and the hotel clean and polished. We had most contact with the restaurant staff who were great.
The hotel is a way out of kardemena,it took a good half hour to wander down there, that was ok during the day but you would be better of by taxi or the free hotel bus at night.
The incoming planes were no more than 20 seconds of noise and not really a problem, for us is was quite interesting and different to see these coming over.
Overall we had a good time here doing nothing, eating loads, sleeping lots and getting some well needed sun.
If this hotel comes up again in our October quest I would not hesitate to book again.

When we arrived on our first day, we felt slightly lost in this hotel complex. The room we got boasted the sea view that we ordered and was clean and cozy. The aircon didn't work and it took some efforts to motivate the technicians to fix it. Otherwise, the staff is professional and helpful. The layout of the hotel with its many pools gives you the feeling living in some sort of village, which we liked very much. There is the main restaurant which offers a variety of international food. However, there is little greek cuisine and hardly fish and seafood on offer. This would be available at 2 different outlets (rather than restaurants) in direction of the beach. However, they only open for a rather short lunch. We visited the seafood restaurant once but were not only by the cantine-like atmossphere disappointed. Otherwise the main restaurant offers a good choice and quality. However, in the second week the menu repeated itself and we found it increasingly boring. The beach is not the ultimate highlight as it is in most parts rocky. However, when you turn to the right far end, there is a small sandy bay which we chose as our beach "residence". Slightly ditsurbing was, that guests from the neighbouring Latikira often occupied the sun beds of our own hotel. In most cases, the beach guards took care. All in all, we can recommend this hotel. We were more disappointed of Kos Island in general, as it has really little to offer.

Room Tip: study the room arrangements carefully when booking. There is a good choice for everyone.

Stayed for one week, wouldn't stay longer unless I had a young family, as there isn't that much to do nearby. Accommodation was very clean and service and food good. Alcoholic drinks - from what I remember were excellent!we had an apartment that overlooked the sea , which we paid a little extra for but we enjoyed it as it was a little quieter. Each apartment block has its own pool but you can swim anywhere on the complex. If I was being picky I'd say they could provide some additional sunbeds. Overall, thought it was good value, probably one of the better hotels on Kos, but 4 star rather than 5. Don't be put off by the comments on planes, I found them to be quite relaxing watching them fly overhead, and you get used to any noise, we really didn't have an issue with it - and my wife is fussy!
