As regular Mitsis Clients we were looking forward to to our first visit to the Norida Beach, we were not disappointed from the moment we arrived from reception to all depts. through the hotel all the staff were all cheerful and helpful.
Our room was clean, comfortable and welcoming, we were lucky as our room was in the main part of the hotel overlooking the pool and sea.
The whole of the hotel and area's within were always clean and tidy, the restaurant staff were very courteous and efficient and worked really hard.
We found the food excellent, always something to choose from the grill, salads, fish, fruit and the desserts were very tasty.
The was an animation team who came round but they were not in your face, they did the mini disco for the kids and shows.
The hotel has a very long foyer area were there are load of seats as well as the terrace so there was always somewhere to sit as well has having a adult bar.
The is really only one themed restaurant that is the chinese, the Greek Tavern is always open of a lunch time and dose not have to be booked, but the Chinese does, which is very relaxing and is nice to have waiter service.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would return to the Norida.

Room Tip: Email the hotel with your preference and if possible they will I assume try to accommadate you. I asked for a quiet room, though it was over the adult bar it was quiet.

I travelled here with a group of 10 aged from 2 to 60. We are all family members so were able to share rooms. I shared with my cousin and her daughter and grand daughter who is 2 and we had a 2 bedroomed room on the ground floor which was very spacious. The patio was ideal with a toddler as it led out onto the grass. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, the sheets were changed every day too. The main restaurant was ok with lots of choice of fresh salads but i did find the hot meals a boring ( the same dished were served most days) but the pizza was yummy. As on all greek islands the beach is not sand but there were lots of sunbeds with a great bar on the beach and Stamatis very friendly (he brought chocolate and fruit for the toddler every day). In general all the staff were eager to help and very friendly. We had a trip into town (taxis costs 10 euros) and enjoyed a lovely meal on the beach front.
I would recommend this hotel and was glad that I went out of season because there was no waiting for a table at meals time and plenty of spare sunbeds

This hotel has the perfect location between the mountains and the beach. The low rise accomodation with the typical Greek blue and white decoration has hotel and cottage style buildings. There is a selection of pools ,some quieter and others for families and loads of loungers..There is a beach bar serving sweet and savoury snacks with soft and alcoholic drinks. The same is provided at one of the pool bars with drinks on offer at two locations within the main hotel. The food was buffet style to suit most tastes with the usual salad bar ,chicken ,fish beef dishes plus grills and pizza.Cold meat, cheese and a selection of desserts were available at lunch and dinner .Breakfast was either continental or american depending on the time. There is a beach view restaurant serving delicious greek lunch and chinese food in the evening. The rooms are newly refurbished with terraces and balconies with free mini bar.The waiting and bar staff were most efficient and friendly but unfortunately the receptionists were absolutely unhelpful and hopeless-the worst I have known -having travelled the world! The gave conflicting advice regarding local transport , transfers and places to visit .They advertised a local shuttle which did not exist and quoted £50 for a days car hire so guests would be stuck at the hotel if they were on a budget .I am unsure if this area is always very windy although it was very warm in May .

Booked on the spur of the moment for a weeks all inclusive for a great price. What a deal! A great hotel complex set on the hills, we got an awesome sea view. Basic room with drinks restocked every other day - we only slept here with our days on the beach or by the pool.

The main restaurant is huge and can be repetitive catering for the masses but it is always hot and fresh and the waiting staff are great.

For a great experience goto the Chinese restaurant - book the day before, we did this twice.

The blue domes in our opinion is just not worth the extra cash - it was too busy!

The adult bar was refreshing with good entertainment.

The walk into town is about 45 mins away avoid it in the sun! A taxi is cheap enough.

Overall a very restful week away.
