Owner description: Kardamena is a coastal village of Kos about 30 km from the city of Kos and 7 km from the airport. According to the 2011 census it has 1,650 inhabitants. Ancient Alassarna, one of the six ancient municipalities of the island, has been an important religious center of the time, as evidenced by the temple of Apollo and others, smaller temples, antiquity and Byzantine times.

loved the whole museum,just great.the peceies of art and folklore are othentic and presented in a fluent way.

it is a great effort by a non profit organisation, on the seafront, admission fee is cheap & is worth a visit, in order to see some of "old ways" of Kardamena !

this place is okay if its hot outside and the misses is being attacked by hand bag sellers and you need to get away for a breather some interest but very slow

Not bad, but I thought it was a bit boring and I found the lack of being able to buy water on side a bit dissapointing. Plus I did not think there were too many things that were that historically significant.
