I have just successfully sued Jet2 for the worst hotel l have ever had the misfortune to stay in !
Absolutely filthy, moved to 4 different rooms, which were all appalling.
Food was disgusting.
I was offered alternative accommodation at an additional cost of £4,200 !!! A joke.
After complaining on our return home, l was offered £350 compensation from Jet2, having paid £2,312 for our nightmare of a holiday, this was an insult.
So l paid £108 to go to ABTA Arbitration with photographic and video evidence of the filth we endured.
The appointed arbitrator said this hotels accommodation and food fell well below par and my evidence spoke for itself.
Minus the cost of the flights, l was awarded £1300 of the £1500 cost of the holiday, need l say more!!
Please save your money and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
