“Great hotel... No need to look any further..”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2013 via mobile

Well after an efficient flight from UK to Zante we arrived at the hotel within a 10 minute transfer just in time for lunch.. The food is great lots of variety fresh and full of flavours.. Spoilt for choice.. Our room was clean, we had a great view of the mountains very picturesque.. and the added bonus of glorious sunshine on our balcony every morning. The rooms are just what you need tea and coffee facilities, small fridge to store milk and cold drinks. (Drinks are not stocked in your fridge no mini bar facilities in the rooms) I found the beds to be very comfortable I've slept well every night. There is air conditioning in the rooms too.. I really can not fault this hotel. The location is great about a five minute walk to the main strip where there are lots of restaurants and bars.. It's only a ten minute walk from the beach.. We really didn't have high expectations for this holiday and we have been pleasantly surprised.. It's very relaxing and chilled with a great pool and fantastic views. There are people here from all ages. We are a couple in our early 30's and we will have no hesitation in coming back to this hotel. The hotel is all inclusive and serves food throughout the day. We ventured out most evenings and ate out..It's reasonably cheap to eat and drink out. The choice is yours which I like we didn't feel that we had to eat at the hotel because its all inclusive. We had lunch at the hotel which was fabulous.. I have travelled to many countries and this is definitely one of the best holidays I have had.. Well done Bitzaro Palace Hotel see you next year..

We stayed here on the last week in June and found it to be just what we needed. Weather fantastic and hotel much more than we thought thought after the really bad experience we had last year at the Antigoni in Cyprus. The Bitzaro Palace is heaven. The food is lovely, plenty of choice at all mealtimes and staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a little gem and we can't wait to return next year

Room Tip: High floor with pool view is the best

The location and hotel itself were excellent, we stayed for 11 nights in June 2013. The rooms are standard but just what you need. The only down side is of an evening when getting ready to go out the only channel on the TV is sky news. No other English channels. The food was very delicious, did not have one bad meal, the only thing I would say is there was not much of a variety and it was often food that you don'd normally want to eat on holiday i.e. a roast dinner. The drinks were OK, but very watered down. The location was brilliant, about 10 minutes drive from the main street and literally a 5 min walk to local strip with bars and restaurants. Great hotel but would only recommend for self catering. There was no real entertainment of an evening only bingo and a quiz but that can get boring after two weeks. Other than that great holiday, would recommend for family s or bigger groups.

Room Tip: All room locations are great, small hotel.

our 10 day holiday at Bitzaro Palace was very enjoyable, the food was lovely and the rooms were spotless. Also the staff were very helpful and very friendly. We were rather disappointed that we couldn't use the sister hotel as stated in the brochure, but all turned out well with the entertainment that was put on for us in the bar area. Hello to John and Linda (Doncaster) sorry we didn't get chance to say goodbye properly.

Room Tip: Choose room with balcony over looking children's playground, it's nice and quiet.

Quiet hotel, immaculately run. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was incredible in choice, quality and volume. Although All Inclusive, we had expected to eat out a couple of times - we didn't bother. And the all-day ice-cream was to to die for.
Great for couples, young kids looking for booze are in the wrong place
Would have liked a bit more Greek music maybe but if you want total chill, go there.

I had a fantastic weeks stat at the Bitzaro Palace from the 4th June can not fault a thing! The staff are brilliant and will go out of their way to help you. The food is also great something different everyday and always plenty of choice in my opinion. The rooms were cleaned everyday and kept to a great standard.

I would like to point out that i was part of the wedding party mentioned in earlier comments and think some of the comments made are ridiculous! Clearly the people writing them have not used an ounce of logic before commenting. There were 42 of us in the wedding party and each of us is just as much entitled to a sunbed as any other guest, therefore complaining that we took up one side of the pool is ridiculous! Obviously as there was so many of us we were going to take up a large area? Would you rather that we spread around the pool and shouted across to each other and annoyed you further. I can proudly say that i was one of the people bombing into the pool and i suggest who ever made that comment tries it! Maybe it would make you less uptight, live a little! We were simply a friendly group of people enjoying a fantastic holiday together and celebrating a very special occasion and the comments suggesting we were rude and inconsiderate are ridiculous, a lot of thought time and effort went into planning this holiday and wedding so i suggest that it is you who is rude and inconsiderate for making comments that detract from what was a fantastic beautiful and special holiday and wedding!

I hope that the thoughtless comments from a few people do not deter people from visiting the bitzaro palace as it truly is fantastic and i would gladly recommend it to anyone!

I stayed for two weeks from the 2nd june and the bitzaro palace was absolutely fantastic, Petra and vivee were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you along with all the other staff. I am a fussy eater but thought the food was lovely and always found something I liked. While the drinks are watered down they still tasted fine and it is possible to get drunk of them. Our room was superb, really modern and kept very clean. I was a part of the wedding group mentioned in some of the reviews and really think people need to get over themselves and learn how to have a good time. Yes we did take up a section of the pool but then there was 42 of us so is it better to take up one section or spread out around the whole pool and shout to each other? It seems strange how there are reviews on here complaining about us but no one actually said anything to us, if we bothered you that much why not confront us there instead of hiding behind a computer? The hotel catered for us brilliantly and did admit they were slightly worried about having a large group but said we caused no problems what so ever and it was good to see people enjoying themselves. I hope people aren't put of going to this hotel if they are in a group by small minded people as the hotel will make you feel extremely welcome and I'm sure anyone staying at the bitzaro palace will have a fantastic holiday.
