It seems that this place is very well known for hosting various art exhibitions... I went there yesterday hoping to find interesting local artists to talk to and saw no art... ( being an artist myself I can be a little judgemental) all I found were exhibitions of painted canvases supposedly called paintings by artists. It took me a while to get there and it was not worth the effort mostly because all I found in the little town were stalls with knick knacks and bad craftsmanship. Very low quality good for tourists who want to but cheap stuff. I would give the place 1 star, if it were not for just 2 galleries in Tlaquepaque which host very good furniture and high quality chandeliers , which made the trip a little worthwhile

Wish they would have had the displays in English as well, without knowing much Spanish, we could only look at the displays and not get the history behind them

Perhaps I was there at the wrong time but this was a totally empty building. Nobody bothered me while I wandered through but there was nothing to see.

it is a good place to visit, but too expensive for me, would not go there if I do not have money enough to spend with me
