For some reason Los Canos was recommended by our hotel (Finca Cortesin). The restaurant is in a slightly dilapidated farmhouse overlooking an area of scrubland just off a dual carriageway. There is a "disco" next door (always the sign of a quality establishment). The entrance smelt of toilets and cat's pee, attributable in part no doubt to the cat that wanders around the restaurant. The tables are all outside in an undeniably pretty courtyard lit with candles and fairy lights. The staff are about what one would expect and the food is deeply ordinary verging on the unpleasant. My wfe had to send her pork back because it was undercooked - it came 2 mins later burnt and slightly less undercooked. The staff are what one expect given the quality of the rest of the establishment and clearly weren't chosen for their waiting skills, command of English or personality. We were in and out in less than hour.
