we stayed at Malapascua 8 days and we ate at Amihan every day. the restauarnt is open from 5 to 10pm. the chef is creative and there are new/different dishes on the menu every evening. we really liked the Italian stamp on the menu. all pastas are delicious, same as the meat platter. fresh fish (delivered daily, seen it with my own eyes) is served various ways: grilled, steamed, fried, in stew, in salad etc. pork in milk dish - delicious same as jack with orange&ginger marmoulade. but save some space for desert! chocolate cake and mango float are to die for !! highly recommended! visit the restaurant on your first day at the island and you I won't go anywhere else!
