I came back to Northern Iraq after 7 years and was stunned by the development in this modern bustling quasi-capital. Among the modern high-rise buildings, the Divan stands out, especially at night with its colourful illuminated facade. Excellent security. Good choice of restaurants. Fantastic views. Would be a high quality hotel in any place, but especially in the desert of fast developing North Iraq.

That's right! It is unique because you can feel in safe. I was feel prejudgements before I've been in there. It feels you in safe and peaceful.

Meals and breakfast miscellaneous and rich!It has a big terrace if you smoke.Rooms are comfortable and designed for business..

Also it is perfect to shopping in your spare times at the hotel.When you go through to hotel,you feel to enter to palace which has3 or four vip shopping buildingsaround of a big ostentatious atrium.I mean you can not bored in this hotel ;)

Just the negative point that I could say,its a little bit far away from the center.

Staying at Divan was a very enjoyable experience. Staff were very attentive and the service provided was of high quality. The hotel in itself is simply beautiful and the food is excellent! I highly recommend it.
