Natural, clean eco-park. We saw a wide variety of salt water fish while snorkeling. We all loved the zip line. The water is refreshing and cool. We booked a private driver instead of a tour. It's easier than you think and gives you more time at the park. It was our second time and will go back.

We went July 28th from open to close! It was an absolutely amazing experience!! The all inclusive package was a great deal and I'm so glad we bought it. We got the tour bus from our hotel, the guide was great and funny :)
we did buy the biodegradable lotion and bug spray on the bus because we were told we'd have to turn our regular stuff in.. We were never asked to open our bags, a little disappointed since we saw hundreds of people using the spray stuff...
The food was Ok, worst part is that it was under seasoned but I'm sure that's for the people with dietary needs, add some salt you'll be fine! We ate at the 2 Mexican restaurants and they both had tons of choices.. Drinks are everywhere when you want them. My only complaint was you had to buy bottled water or go into a restaurant to get a cup for water.
The snorkeling was great! We saw SO many fish! So beautifully colored and different kinds. People who say it's cloudy and unvisible must have some eye problems! The park was at full capacity and we saw over 15 species of fish, ranging in size and colors. We snorkeled the entire perimeter and then from side to the other. Never went a foot without seeing fish! I came inches from a BIG barracuda which freaked me out!
The caves were amazing! Got some great professional pictures taken in there :) the photo spots around the park were fun! Take advantage of them all.. The usb with pictures are all amazing quality! We got 65 pictures for $79, not too shabby!
The lazy river, fun but lazy! Had to kick most of it. Lots of zip lines, and obstacle courses. The walk to the beach was fun.. Tons of animals.... Would definitely go back!

This park is great for adults and kids. The lazy river is great to relax in and cool off. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is included in the ticket which makes life very easy, stress free and completely worth the price. Towels, lockers, food, drinks, snacks, etc. everything included.
We paid to swim with dolphins and it was an unforgettable experience. Groups are small which makes the swim a lot more personalized and enjoyable.
Park was crowded but they kept up with the service, cleanliness, friendliness, food was always well stocked, everything was good. Perfect day and very fun and safe for young children.

We chose this excursion as we decided to do 2 of the 3 (out of here, Xcaret, and Xplore). We figured being middle of July this (having the water) would be cooler than XPlore, but stilloffered some zip lines). We were glad we did.

The best tip for the day we were given, and we wished we had known before as we wouldnt have brought quite a bit of money for deposits on snorkels etc - was walk to the top of the river, and place your items (sun glasses, shoes etc) in a riverbag, and this then is used as your deposit for your snorkle, and flippers. Dont worry you dont have to walk back up again afterwards, they drive them down to a collection point whilst you are in the water.

The walk up took us about 15 minutes, but this included stopping taking pictures of an iguana and a family of coatis on the way.

At the top you can chose to snorkel down or take a rubber ring. We took the ring option, although the other half kept dipping in and out with his snorkel. There are areas where you can also jump of the cliffs into the water, which he loved - for those like me who aint so daring you can hold onto a buoy whilst you sit on your airchair (ring) watching.

Once in the main area, I did some snorkeling, and instantly saw a ray, we also saw many other fish too.

We found teh all inclusive drinks of good quality - we had pina coladas, and diet coke (not together) - but the food wasnt great - this was possibly because we went into the snack place, there was a restaurant next door but i felt bad going in in my swimwear.

In the afternoon we walked back along the river and went on the assualt course - I soon landed in the water. The other half made it to the end, but openly admitted even he found it a challenge(he's just finished serving 22 years in the Navy and is in very good shape).

The zip wires that dipped you in the water were good fun.

The changing rooms at the park were clean enough.

We didnt do any of the additional activities at this park, and felt that the half a day (having done Tulum in the morning) was just enough for us. I would go back again.

We chose this park as a all day excursion my husband, daughter, niece and myself. It was a amazing day. I would recommend that you eat breakfast before you go and bring your own snorkel equipment if you have it. When we arrived for our excursion there are hundreds of people entering the park. The lines ups for the buffet and snorkel equipment were huge. We headed directly to the lockers to stow our things away for the day. Here is something I wish I knew, is how to get a key for the lockers. I thought you needed to stand in line with the snorkel equipment people, a attendent is walking around with a hand ful of keys and on the key your locker number is on it. So we grabbed our snorkel gear and headed down to the floating bridge as our tour operator had suggested and swam across there, and then you follow paths to the caves, cenotes and other activities along the way,it was great as there was no one over there yet, in the afternoon it was very busy. Eventually this path takes you to the starting point of the lazy river. This part is amazing as you can get on and off your tube at any point along the way. They also have activities along the way as cliff jumping and zip lines. After doing the lazy river we went to have lunch, and it was nice that meals and drinks were included in the price of park admission. In the afternoon it was great to go back to certain points of interested and take photos, one particular area we spent a couple hours snokeling and exploring caves as there were lots of fish to see. The park has fish flags posted as to where you will see the most fish. We were not disappointed. Overall it was a great day full of memories and I would highly recommend this park.
