What a perfect day we had! We booked through Signature. They picked us up at our hotel and brought us home that night too.
We have children aged 7 and 10 and they were in heaven. We didn't do any of the extra activities, but we didn't need to!

Thank Casey M

We booked through our Apple rep at our hotel. It was 2 hours at Tulum ruins and then 6 hours at the park. FIrst I wish we had spent more time here. we ate lunch upon arrival (all food and drink included - but the apple rep warned us not to waste too much time eating) The snorkeling was so fun! My husband, my 8 year old and myself really had fun doing it. The water was cool, but refreshing on a hot day, especially coming from the ruins where we were melting! We also did the Snuba (not the helmet one), which was an hour and an extra charge, it was a little more difficult than we anticipated, but the guy was very patient and we did finally get it and it was awesome. We walked around the whole park. Visited the Mayan Cave, had our picture taken, jumped off the cliff of courage, didn't get a chance to zip line, or tubing (darn it) our day went fast! We will go back with a plan of action to get it all in! If you see the guy taking pictures its worth it...14.00 per picture, I didn't think that was that bad and they were 8 X 10 nice pictures! Wish I would have known that ahead of time! There are lots of activities included in your entrance fees and lots you can do at additional charge (swim with dolphins, turtles, manatee, sky cycle, snuba) we chose one and went with it. We also would have just been fine and busy not to do the extra activity!

We purchased the excursion through our Sunquest rep from our hotel. The bus ride was about 45 minutes from Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda. The park is well organized and is easy to find your way around. We spent all of our time on the tubes and snorkelling which showcased a wonderful array of different fish. The food at the buffet and snack shack along with drinks were great! The changing rooms and washrooms were convenient and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Second time around was just a good as the first time, we absolutely loved this park!!! We went early got great lockers and off we went to start with the snorkling at the top of the river, water was cool at the river top but still nice, we snorkled down the river and into the inlet Not a lot of fish at the top but tons down in the bays off the big inlet. It was a bit rough because of the wind but still a beautiful day. We ate lunch at the Grill, very yummy, then off for more snorkling!!! Tons of fun, we decided to do some walking to dry out a bit, walked across the floating bridge, very bumpy!!! We walked up all the trails and checked out all the sites, very beautiful!! Took the bus back down and had some dinner before grapping our bus back to the Resort.....great day!!!
