“Great time. Lots to do for a family (even those who don't snorkel)”
Reviewed January 18, 2013

This was a great place to spend the day. Definitely a must see. Not only is the snorkeling great, but the all inclusive food was better than our hotel's and there is cliff jumping, zip-lining, all for free. Great places to lie down and rest in addition to get your adrenaline pumping.

“Loved it more than the Xcaret park”
Reviewed January 18, 2013

We went this past December & loved it. The food & drinks are all included & they even give you towels to use. The snorkelling was amazing, there's a family of stingrays in the ocean & the water is crystal clear with so many types of fish. The drinks are great and boozy, so much that we took a 2 hour nap on the hammocks :) best nap I've ever had.

“Absolutely amazing!”

Nature lover, you are going to love this place. We saw so many different fish, we had such a good time. The site is beautiful and it's lovely to get out of the river, sit for a drink, have a little snack with live Caribbean music and go back in the water. I definitely recommand it. One of the best activity I've ever done!

“So much fun!”
Reviewed January 17, 2013

We visited Xel-Ha as part of a large group of my family, including a couple preteens and my 68 year old Grandpa. We all had a fantastic time! We went snorkeling, tubing, ziplining, swimming with dolphins, and checked out a bunch of the park. We all had fun. We had two meals there, which were pretty good. The self-serve soft ice cream was neat and the restaurant was cute. The service at the main bar was good as well. Overall, we just had a lot of fun. It's a big park, so be prepared to be on the move every second if you're like us and want to do and see as much as you can. My Grandpa, who has a hard time walking long distances, really appreciated that there is transportation to the beginning of the river for tubing.

Yes, it's expensive. But there's so much there, and so much included, that it was hard for us to complain.

“A Great Day Out”
Reviewed January 16, 2013 via mobile

We booked a day tour to Tulum then Xel-Ha Park during our holiday in Mexico and we thoroughly enjoyed both. The travel arrangements were very efficient and after a fascinating visit to Tulum, we arrived at Xel-Ha at about 11.40am. The park was stunning, with plenty to see and do and apart from a couple of really busy locations near the changing rooms and the bar, it was remarkably quiet given the amount of visitors there. We walked the entire park and enjoyed the plentiful and varied wildlife en route, before trying out the Sea Trek. The experience was quite weird but really enjoyable, getting up close to the fish and the huge sting rays. The all inclusive ticket was excellent as it allowed us to walk into any of the restaurants or bars and eat & drink when we wanted. The only downside of this was a number of our American cousins who had clearly over indulged in the bars and lost all control of the volume switch, which was a shame as it spoiled the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. This was a really nice day out and one we are likely to repeat on our next trip to Mexico.
