Swim and snorkel surrounded by rainbow colored fish who have made the river and inlet their home, take long walks in the middle of the jungle, ride a bike, take the train or just relax while enjoying the lazy river! All these activities are included too!

This was our favourite park to visit during our stay. We arrived early and had the complimentary breakfast buffet before getting our snorkelling gear and heading out. We used the bikes provided and set out to the start point of the lazy river. Dont spend a lot of time at the beginning of the lazy river as the majority of the fish are at the end near the activities. We paid for a package which included a snorkel, towel and buffet lunch. There are lots of things to see and if you cross the rope bridge over the sea you get a lovely view :) lots of places to sit and relax in the sun.

Thank sarah l

This was our second excursion of our holiday after a truly terrible day out on a Catamaran. So we were a bit nervous about parting with the $119 for each adult. However, we couldn't have been more pleased. A truly spectacular setting and a very well organised day out in a spectacular park. Weather was a bit overcast on this day but it didn't spoil a very full day out. Including, cycling, zip lines, cliff jumping, snorkelling, lazy river floats and exploring where you'll find plenty of wildlife just roaming around. All inclusive food and drink which we didn't have to queue for and was presented with a plentiful selection and was quite good. We had both breakfast and a late lunch. A great place to take older kids I would suggest 8+ so that they can try everything. Towels, lockers and snorkelling equipment included but you need to leave $30 deposit for each person.
TIP! Take change of clothing you can leave it in locker, cash or credit cards as lots of shops and photo opportunities, also optional activities like the dolphins and SNUBA and Cave Diving which are worth a try if you have time.

TIP! We found best snorkelling around the glass bottomed submarine boat and under the bridges around the rocks the fish were huge. I've seen other reviews saying there were no fish. There are TONS of fish, we saw a stingray and the biggest parrot fish and 100s more different types. YES the water around the lazy river is quite cloudy and can frustrate you when snorkelling. Just head to shores edge and you'll see the fish.

TIP! Plan your day so you don't miss anything.

TIP! Take care when walking around the park the paths are lethally slippy!

TIP! Put your lotions on before you get into park as they only allow bio degradable suntan lotion and most of UK lotions do not come up to their required standards.

So glad we went it was money well spent 10/10

We visited Xel Ha on December 23, 2012 with our 2 kids (10 and 13) and we had the time of our lives! If paradise exists, this is it! Many great areas to snorkle but take the time to go in the little cove next to the zip lining area - this is the place to spend most of your time! There, the water is less 'oily' and the fish smaller, so if you snorkle with kids, less chances to meet the baracuda!

There is nothing not to like about this place. Snorkeling, floating, zip-lining, eating.... But I do recommend visitors to pick up a map at the hotel the night before and plan ahead so that you can make the most out of your visit.

The only things you should bring: camera, money/credit card for snorkeling equipment deposit, biodegradable sunblock

The dolphins were the only good part of this. Skip the snorkeling... no fish. no reefs. cloudy water. too many people. VERY COMMERCIALIZED. the food wasn't good. it was really over rated. there are so many other activities we could have done on that day in mexico and we wasted a perfectly good day to swim in water with no fish and too many people.
do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO!!!!

Dear visitor,

We thank you for share your experience with us.

We apologize for not informed you during your visit that fish tend to look for shelters and rock formation trying to protect from the sun. So, there are some zones where are more fish than others and we have indicated those zones with flags helping our visitors while they snorkel.

We would want you to give us a second opportunity for share with you this natural wonder.

Best regards!
