Good service & food. It's BYO so that's a bonus. Roast duck, Malaysian pork ribs and deep fried ice cream are all really good. Busy on weekends.

Always enjoy the feed here and quite often get take away. Do try the Captains Chicken very generous portion. Better than the usual chinese restaurant has a lot more to offer

We stopped by after the footy and it was very nice. I had the seafood mee goring. If you can't do hot curries don't choose this!! It was HOT! Don had duck and it was perfect. Go, it's cheap, tasty, clean and local.

Three of us booked a table for dinner at this restaurant last night. It's a typical, fairly large Asian restaurant and was crowded on my previous visit a year ago on a Friday night but last night, a windy Thursday, was quiet. The service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. One of us had wanton soup, another a Satay plate of 3 skewers of chicken in a beautiful, crunchy satay sauce and the third had a mixed entree of about 4 different pieces. For main courses one of us had Sizzling Fish, which was beautiful, another had his favourite Meleccan Beef and the third had a Red Lemon Grass Beef. It was hot, but delicious! There was no way that any of us oldies could have eaten any more, and we even had to decline rice. We couldn't possibly have considered sweets. The bill, including one dollar each for corkage, came to $68, which we thought was very good, given the quality of the food and the size of the servings. We'll go there again!

A friend had said great things about the Southport restaurant in the chain, so we thought we'd try the Robina restaurant as it was closer to us. It is a large restaurant that was virtually empty this lunchtime which made it feel forelorne and sad. The waitress was cheery and helpful. I tried the Laksa, once again my friends recommendation, however it was more like a mild sweetish soupy creamy curry. Hubby tried the Keow Teow but this again was sweet and a little oily. There are two better Malaysian restaurants within 5 mins of here so we probably won't go back.
