A great little cafe to have a light lunch after a rather enduring walk to Purlingbrook Falls. Toasted sandwiches are great and the scones are just to die for. We called in for lunch nearly every day on our stay at Springbrook. Definitely recommend Dancing Waters and I look forward to coming back next time. Dancing Waters is also open seven days a week, some of the other cafes around Springbrook are rather unreliable with their opening hours.

We were caught out for dinner for seven and an impromptu visit to the Dancing Waters Cafe saved the day. With minutes to spare before closing for the day, Anastasia graciously offered to prepare a lovely Greek salad, homemade hummus and sourdough bread with all the fixings to take back to our chalet. Her raw banana and cacao cake was absolutely gorgeous. But it was Anastasia's warmth, helpfulness and her dedication to fresh, healthy food that we will always remember, and why we will go back again. Well worth a visit (or many).

After visiting Purlingbrook Fall and a short walk on he tracks, many of which were closed due to fallen trees and flood damage we ajurn-ed to the Dancing Waters Cafe for lunch. Good menu with lots of homemade items and healthy alternatives.Service was good and if it was not raining a place on the back deck would be most inviting.Would very much recomend.

An excellent spot to have a good coffee and a tasty freshly made meal after walking to Purlingbrook Falls. We liked it so much we came back the next day! Anastasia is just lovely, I look forward to coming back here the next time I'm in Springbrook.
