Stayed in 1 bedroom ocean view unit on seventh floor. Unit was very clean and nicely furnished. It is a great location right on the beach and close to Tallabadgera Creek, patrolled beach and surf club. Staff very helpful and friendly. They were doing tiling work in the outside common areas whilst there, but that caused little inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location with direct access to the beach. Surf lifesaving clubs in abundance along the various swim/ surf areas.

Walking distance to Burleigh heads through the national park 15 minutes where you have all facilities.

The apartments the older style beachy decore. They were extremely clean with good security parking, paid tv & I couldn't believe that we got it so cheap

Value for money especially for families with a limited budget.

When it was built, it would have been nice; but they don't nmaintain it. Try this for a list:
1. They clean the windows once a year! (They admitted thus!) This means that the lower floors have such salt on the windowsyou can barely see out. On the higher floors, the cheap pl;astic outdoor furniture will spend most of its time pushed up against the back wall by the wind. You won't sit on the balcony because it's too uncomfortable.
2. The doors to the balcony are so encrusted with corrosion that you may need to get assistance to open them.
3. Last time the cupboard in the master bedroom was locked to protect the owner's posessions. This left you with a hanging space suitable for one person.
4. I have stayed there over ten times (because of a family commitment, not because of the quality of the accommodation) and EVERY time I've had to ring management on arrival because something doesn't work. Last time it was the stove.
5. Want to see evidence of poor maintenance - have a look at the airconditioning units. A mess of rust!
6. The design is poor and the rooms (especially living areas) are surprisingly small. They rent you a unit for four people and then only give you a couch that sits three! Inconsiderate, incompetent...or just cheap?

From the moment we were welcomed at the Check In counter to the end of our stay at the Regency On The Beach everything was PERFECT!! It is a great location with beautifully clean well set up apartments overlooking pristine Palm Beach with direct access to the beach. The pool area was well kept, there were showers and taps to get all the sand off after a beach visit, the spa was great and the outdoor barbecue area was fantastic.
We had a wonderful apartment overlooking the beach - and we could see the mountains behind the coast as well. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach with a nice table and chairs where we were able to eat all our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped right down to the very last detail, with a great gas stove as well as a microwave. We had our own laundry - and a dish washer! Such luxury!
We were able to sleep with the balcony door open and be lulled to sleep in the very comfortable bed by the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
There was only one downside - the time passed too quickly - but we'll be back - we LOVED it.
