We stayed in the Lagoon Deluxe room which was beautiful, we will definitely be coming back. The pool was awesome, right at our doorstep! The whole park is fantastic for children we have a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old and they loved it. We were only there for 7 days but we could have quite easily stayed longer, there was so much to do. We played mini golf, rode on the bikes, the 6 yr old did some kids club activities and Harbour town shopping is just over the road. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The whole park is well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was amazing and pretty good value.

We loved our stay at Treasure Island and would love to go back!! There were 4 adults and 4 kids (6 & under) staying in the Townhouse Lagoon Villa, and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The kids even had an entire 'play area' upstairs with tv so the parents could visit downstairs. We were SO impressed that the house was even supplied with a baby gate that made our life easier with stairs and an 18 month old! Beds were very comfortable. There was a good variety of kids activities throughout the park (but be prepared that most will cost you extra, $5-$10). Our 5 & 6 year olds loved the chocolate-making at the kids club. Jumping pillow was a hit and there was even a little kid playground. The pools were great. Only downside of the townhouse villa was the noise from the highway on the bedroom side of the house, but it did not ruin our wonderful experience. The back part of the house is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Another big benefit of Treasure Island is it's superb location....to everything! There are grocery stores, a GREAT gourmet food market, decent food options (even for kids) and Harbourtown shopping just a short walk away. It is also a very short drive to the theme parks, Sea World, Surfers Paradise. We had a car which made it easy, but the park also offers shuttle services!
Overall, our Treasure Island experience did not dissapoint and I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a great family holiday that can be filled with activities or to simply provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere!

Room Tip: Accommodation depends on the number of travellers you have...but the pool villas are great.

We have a biased view of this park as we got a small unit as there were only 3 of us, not knowing that smaller meant poorer quality - very poor deception on website. There are marked star ratings for all units, so why not put them on the actual website.
When we spoke to staff about upgrading, having not yet stayed in it, and very happy to pay more - all we got was poor service. Generally reception left a lot to be desired.
The staff in the bistro were wonderful and the meals were spot on for families, would have been nice to have a bit more upend stuff for the adults.
Activities were good - although the minigolf was very poorly maintained. We were very excited about the prospect of kids corner for our daughter as she loves craft, however, again not stated on website, is only for children 4 and older. Pools were lovely.
The park overall needed more staff presence as there were many cases of people doing the wrong thing, ie glass alcohol containers in pool area but there was no reason not to....

Room Tip: Ask for the star rating when you book. Being near the jumping pillow with young child is great BUT they do not stick to the closing time so can be quite late with people (generally adults / older kids) making noise on it.

We thank the reviewer for taking the time to provide feedback on their recent stay with us.

It is disappointing you think our photos are deceptive, as they truly represent what we offer. Our images, taken by professional photographers, are shot on location at our property to ensure we accurately display our product and facilities available.
We have some 20 different styles of accommodation available, to hopefully cater for the needs and budgets of all our guests. On further investigation into your booking, the comments placed against your reservation, stated that you declined to pay the difference to upgrade.
You make a good point re the star ratings, and one that we have already ear-marked to action. We are currently waiting for our annual star rating assessment to be completed before listing these ratings on our new website, which is currently being redeveloped.

Our facilities and rooms are regularly refurbished and maintained, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptionally high level of cleanliness, so we disappointed to read those comments and will ensure that all items are addressed. Again with the comments regarding staff attitude as our staff usually strive to exceed our guest’s expectations.

As with everything there is always room for improvement and should you wish to discuss your comments in further detail, please contact our park manager directly on +61 7 5500 8612, his name is Brendan.
Thank you again for your comments.

Treasure island was a brilliant place to stay for our family.
All 3 of our children (aged 18months to 9 years) had a ball playing in the pools and on the jumping pillow.
The cabin (poolside villa) was a little bit to small for us as the port a cot does not fit in the bedroom and takes up alot of space in the lounge, but we would have been happy to pay more for a larger place had they advised us on the phone.
The Go Karts are great fun for the kids and for adults to borrow as well.
The park is easy to find, great parking, really close to Harbour Town which we loved.

We didnt arrive at the park till nearly midnight, and was greeted by a security guard who helped us get access to our unit and then we checked in the next morning. Everything is very easy :)

I had purchased some food so I could cook for us in the cabin but as the bistro prices were quite reasonable we ate out there quite a bit.

We cant wait to go back. Amazing place and the people were so friendly :)

Room Tip: Our poolside villa was directly next to pool but the gate was a while away. The poolside villa is too small for a port a cot.
