Visited in mid-September and won't bother returning. There are a few positives: WiFi is included in the room rate, the size of the room was good, the Japanese restaurant was great and the breakfast coffee was good. Lots of negatives that totally overwhelm the positives. Check-in: we arrived at a time that was not busy - three women on the desk and only one of them occupied with a guest. The check-in process came across as essentially robotic by disinterested people. The woman who checked us in did not enquire whether we had stayed at the resort previously and did not offer any information about the resort, any of the features or facilities. I knew about the free Wi-Fi from my own research and had to seek out a pin to use it. After she had completed the check-in process and given us the card-keys I had to ask her "And where will we find Room XXX?". She pointed and said "One floor down, there's a lift up that way". Arrival in our room: The floor area around the toilet had drops of liquid on it: looked like some fellow had mis-aimed. The bin in the bathroom was 3/4 full. Complained to reception (different staff member to the one who checked us in) - no surprise, no apology - simply an "OK we'll get someone to have a look at it". It was rectified within an hour.
