We arrived from London on 15 Jan for 14 nights.
Last year we stayed just up the road at Xanadu Apts ( which we enjoyed) but looked at the the De Ville Location and Pool area while we were at Main Beach & liked the look of it.
I'm glad we did as as well as having a lovely Apt, you can just walk across the Road to Surf Club or patrolled Beach in 2 Mins.

The only downside was the original Apt we booked was, to my opinion not up to the required standard ( in Furnishings ect) but Pamela was very helpful & switched us to another one that was perfect.

We will definatly return in the future.

We are a family with 2 young kids, 4 and 6 years old. Stayed at 2 bedroom apartments, superior, with all superior kitchen sets and furnitures :) we stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every single days of it, except when we were hit by cyclone :D the view was magnificent, pamela and glen are very lovely and accomodating, we have our own parking spot on the basement thats secured and only tennants could enter. Locations perfect, far from the busy nightlife yet close to everything else. Across from apartment is the Main Beach thats lovely to hang out in with lifeguard station, no need to drive at all to get to a clean beach!Loving gold coast, main beach and definitely Deville Apartment! Next time we go for our Gold Coast holiday, We will be back to Deville! Ps our kiddies are loving the pool and jacuzzi n missing them already

Our family of 7 stayed a week in a 3 bed apartment looking north over the ocean and Southport yacht club. The views were so fantastic we didn't close the curtains or windows day or night! The kids loved the pool spa and sauna so much they would be back down there any chance they got - even after a full day of immersion at Whitewater World! The kitchen was well fitted out but we would have appreciated a few more basics such as salt and pepper. Also not really enough toilet paper supplied for 7 people for a week which was a little inconvenient when we realised there were no extra rolls in any of the multitude of cupboards. And the pillows were a bit hard and lumpy. Other than that no complaints. It was clean and spacious and we had a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend the meals at the Fisherman's Wharf Tavern on the Spit nearby. Well priced and food came quickly and REALLY yummy - everyone's favourite meal of the holiday.

My husband, seven year old and I have stayed for a week here. It is a great location, five minutes walk to Tedder ave restaurants and across the road from the patrolled beach.
The gardens are well kept and the pool and spa surroundings very neat and tidy.
The pool whilst not huge is large enough and was never over populated. The managers are very obliging and helpful.
Undercover parking and internal access from the garage is convenient.
Our apartment was well maintained had foxtel and all necessary kitchen equipment.
The only downside is the wifi at cost of $10 a day. It would seem this should be complimentary in this day and age.
Would definitely return and stay again

Room Tip: Request a view of the beach, we forgot to!

We stayed high up on the south east corner looking over the Pacific Ocean and Surfers city. Breathtakingly stunning. What a place! 2 bed self contained apartment, fabulous pool facilities with sauna, spa, BBQ, and literally a walk across one road to the beach. Amazing. On the other side of the building across the road is a convenience store and cafe with great coffees. A short 5-10 min walk is infamous Tedder Ave where it is said Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe have dined. On the right of the building and across the road is the Southport Yacht club which has won fine dining awards. Marina Mirage and Versace are 5 min walk away. Kids play parks galore. Seaworld is in walking distance! Surfers city is too. Australia Fair shopping complex is 5 min drive over the bridge. Everything is central and stunning. Try it for yourselves - you'll be back I guarantee!
