If you are wanting 5 star luxury apartments then don't go here but for the price these apartments were perfect. We went out of season as we are not party animals but I would imagine during the summer months it would not have been for us! The apartments were very basic with a tiny kitchen area. I found it very hard to shower as there was no shower curtain and the bathroom got flooded no matter how hard you tried! There were only around 20 people staying while we were there so the atmosphere was very friendly and there was no issue at all getting a sun lounger. The pool got the sun all day which was great. The apartments are about 1 mile walk to the town centre which we did each night but a taxi was only about 5 euros. Along the way were several bars and café bars but these were all closing down while we were there as the season was ending. Staff at the apartments were very friendly and helpful. Overall for the cost of the holiday this suited us fine.

On arrival we went to reception, which is in the pool bar, at about 12noon and were told that there was a delay on our room so we had to wait about an hour before we could get into our room (not good considering we had been travelling since midnight). Once in the room overall it was ok two single beds, tv(mostly greek but the one showed ncis and a movie from nine in english), seperate shower room and a kitchen area. Be warned tho you have to hire a kettle and toaster for 15 euros each for a week.air con and safe we extras also but we just slept with the balcony door open and never had trouble with our stuff. The pool area is really nice plenty of sunbeds and really good spot for the sun. The pool bar has a pool table football table and a grabber game. Also a tv where they showed the football. They do have a pc with internet access also its 2 euro for 20mins which isn't bad, but down the strip its free to use. The maids came every three days for fresh towels etc and were really friendly. The only down side of the room was the shower it was shocking. The door didn't close properly and all the drains were full of gunk but I spoke to other guest and they didn't have the same problem. Overall a good hotel for what we paid. Would go back again.

We arrived late afternoon expecting to get what we booked, a 1 bedroom apartment for 3 adults. What we got was one room with 3 single beds squashed into it with no room to swing a cat let alone anything else. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony and 2 of everything else such as glasses, cutlery, cups. It was obvious this was meant to be a studio for 2 people and they had hastily shoved in a put you up bed. There was a hole in the bathroom floor which should have had a grill over it to let the water from the shower escape, so we ended up covering it with a saucepan to stop anyone of us falling down it. Extra toilet rolls were charged at 1 euro each. The balcony just about managed to accommodate a table and 3 chairs. Air con was charged at 50 euros for the week and we paid 10 euros for the safety deposit box, which when opened we found an iPod, left by a previous guest. The fridge was dirty and there was no kettle or toaster. The 'kitchen' consisted of a sink unit and cupboard and fridge. When we complained to the staff we were told that this is what we had booked and we later discovered the place mainly caters for 18 - 30 yr olds. We are three women aged between 40 and 60. The staff really were not bothered to be honest so we rang the tour operator head office and after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing managed to get a transfer to another resort, Kalamaki, where for an extra 126 euros between us were given a 1 bedroom apartment which was clean, linen and towels changed daily, free safety deposit box and no charge for toilet rolls - bonus!. The staff at Paradise were not even bothered that we were not happy and did not even utter a word of apology. We managed to get our air con and safety deposit box money back, albeit reluctantly. We spoke to a family, dad, mum and young child and they were of the exact opinion as ourselves and told us a lot of people were unhappy. Would not entertain visiting this place ever again. It is however, perfect for young people who are on their first trip abroad and just basically need a bed at night.

Recently returned from the Paradise Apartments where two others girls and I stayed for a week. First impressions were really good, we arrived early in the morning to a lovely lady who checked us in to our room and the Thomas Cook rep. We were offered air con and a safety deposit box, we got the air con, it was 50 euros for the week, which is the same in every hotel in the area.

Room was a bit disappointing, but we weren't expecting much as we had been the year before in another hotel which was the same, for a cheap close to the strip hotel it was fine. The bathroom was more of a wet room, we flooded it A LOT. The room got cleaned most days, cleaners were the friendliest I'd met in any hotel.

Pool area really nice, bars nice but very pricey for very poor drinks, we often went to 'Nikos' a cafe/bar a short walk towards the strip, lush food for cheap and free wifi.

Only big problem we had was on the last day we needed to keep our room because we had rubbish flight times, they charged us 45 euros and moved us to a horrendous room, the aircon gushed with water constantly and only two beds to sleep in for the night when there was three of us, not great. But was fine for the 12 hours we had it for.

Over all I would recommend this hotel to young people looking for an easy base. Talking to other people in other hotels, the staff here are the most easy going, never got told off even after making stupid amount of noise at 7am in the morning, and we had friends round most nights.

Enjoy!

I went here in july with a group of my friends. Immediately on arrival we were greated by the wonderful Tom who made us feel at ease and got us excited for the week ahead! We also received welcome shots! Be aware you have to pay for air con and the key to the safe but this did not really bother us as it was expected. The kitchen in the rooms are tiny and are not exactly greatly equipped but you do get a freezer drawer and a microwave (you have to pay for a kettle). The maid service was terrible, they didn't change our bed sheets for the whole week and gave us 1 toilet roll between 3 of us for three days. The paradise restaurant is highly recommend! We ate here 5 nights out of 7. If you are staying at the paradise apartments you get a 10% bill off your meal and a free shot. You get 1 shot the first time you go and 2 shots the second time etc. The staff at the restaurant we so lovely and friendly and the food was lush. The apartments are a pretty long walk down to the main bars in the strip (about 25 mins) but we didn't really mind but I would recommend getting a taxi back when it's dark which only came to 6 euros. If you are going on a clubbing holiday I would highly recommend going to the uv paint party event at rescue it was a m a z i n g. Recommended clubs and bars are: Waikiki, Cocktails and Dreams, Aussies, Cherrybay! Had an amazing time even though certain things could have been better!
