“Fabulous hosts”

Anna and her partner are such fabulous hosts. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel
Welcome.
We had a great time and would certainly return. If you are a group of 4 or more though you may find the villa a little on the small side so check before you book. Gorgeous surroundings nice and quiet location. Loved it.

We got picked up from the airport by Anna and her husband, within minutes we were welcomed into our room where we were offered welcome drinks and "vino" (Santorini local wine). Very cute room with well established kitchen with fridge, sink and tap, essential cooking utensils and stove with an adorable terrace outside overlooking the beautiful garden. The room that we were staying in had a bed that wasn't quite long enough for me to stretch my legs (I'm 190cm tall). The hotel is not located within the centre of Kamari which is not clear when looking at the location on the map although we appreciated the quiet and romantic atmosphere.
Anna gave us great tips regarding sightseeing areas on Santorini and recommended scooter and quad bike hiring which helped us explore the island by ourselves. Anna is a very loveable person and always offered to drive us places when we didn't have transportation.
The beach is a 2 min walk from the hotel although there are nicer beaches around such as Monolithos which is beautiful with sandy beaches and nice water although it was quite windy. The city centre in Kamari is a 5 min scooter ride away with exciting restaurants by the beach overlooking the ocean and planes approaching the landing strip by the airport just km away (breathtaking view). The capital Fira is a 15 min scooter ride away and is highly recommended for the postcard sunset and stunning views, also the city that is mostly populated with adorable streets and shops.

Everything is perfect, starting with the owners Anna and Elios who go out of their way to make everything perfect. Very well situated near the beach and at walking distance from Kamari and all the shops and restaurants. We were 2 families and had a really great time. I recommend Anna's apartments if you want to have a great greek experience.

Lovely little spot but not right in a town but the hosts make up for it by driving their guests wherever they request ( within reason ) - nice pool and rooms are perfect for me and my two teens. We have 2 patios available and a good size fridge too.

Spent 6 days in Anna Traditional Apartments with my wife and we couldn't be happier about our stay. We had a ground level apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable. We had a mini fridge, hot plates for cooking, and basic kitchen stuff to be able to save some money cooking and eating at the apartment. We had a nice little porch out front, and we were just a few steps away from the pool.

There is a minimarket 10 minutes away on foot, but either Anna or Elias will be more than happy to drive you. They are constantly driving guests to Kamari, Thira, the minimarket, and to and from the airport. We've never been more warmly received than this. Anna and Elias are extremely generous and friendly and they really want you to have a wonderful stay. They asked us multiple times a day if we needed a ride anywhere and if everything was okay. From Kamari or Thira you can get buses to Oia or Akrotiri or anywhere else on the island. We took a boat one day to the island of Ios and when we got back they picked us up at the port Athinios. We were just blown away by their hospitality.

There is a restaurant nearby Taverna Gallini, which has absolutely delicious fresh fish and traditional greek cuisine. Don't miss it.

Usually we try to visit new contries and new places with each vacation we take, but we are feeling very tempted to return to Greece and Santorini, and these apartments again next year.

Just returned from a 9 night stay, we had an upstairs room which should sleep 4 however as there were only 2 of us it worked nicely as on the entry level floor there was the kitchen area with a single bed and on the mezzanine floor a four poster bed and another single bed so not really suitable for 2 couples.
Please do not expect 5 star luxury, the photos of the rooms were probably taken with a wide angle lens and our first impression was that the room was very small. The shower room is 5 foot square with a sink, toilet and an open shower tray with a mixer tap and hand held shower however we found that as this was right by a small window we could open the window and wedge the shower head in it. The kitchen is again quite basic, a fridge, kettle, sink (no draining board) 2 ring hob but no oven, toaster or coffee machine plus a totally mismatched set of odd crockery, cups (some with saucers), numerous different glasses, a few pans under the sink and a basket of spoons and forks but no knives which Anna quickly attended to. The aircon was really efficient.
At this point you could easily moan about the apparent lack of amenities yet somehow it all worked and the ambience fell into place. The room was spotlessly clean, clean towels every day and sheets changed every 4 days however watch out for the rubber mattress protector as it means a sweaty nights sleep if you don't remove it.
Poolside lovely and Anna very attentive with drinks and nibbles however the pool area backs onto a large holiday complex with music sometimes playing from mid afternoon until midnight.
The airport runway is less than 100 metres away and the noise can sometimes quite intrusive especially when planes take off at 01.30 in the morning!!
One nearby restaurant which was brilliant and we ate there twice however whilst Anna and her husband are always ready to run you every where I felt certain people took advantage of their good nature so through Anna we arranged a hire car through Roussos Rentals which was perfect for our needs and gave us the freedom and independence we wanted for 25 euros a day.

Amazing hosts going out of their way to help their guests.
Very cosy rooms with nice furniture and facilities were good. Very clean and all the basics you need during a holiday. Everything was good quality with a nice Greek edge to it.
We only stayed 1 night on our way back home, but could have easily stayed a few days longer.
