Visit here on the 6th October 2018 for a week the hotel is clean food and drink is nice with plenty to choose from all the drink were filled up pool area is ok they look the sun beds up at night and open them at 0900 hr we had no problem with getting a bed but may have in high sessen roof top pool is small but ok with bar on roof and sun beds room are nice and clean with tv the room we had did not have a fridge or kettle you can hire kettle for €10 a week if you want to get out the bus staion is just up the road beach is in walking distance in all the hotel is nice and in a good location to all the bars and shops

Horrible ppl in reception. Discrimination cause of big group. Rooms are upfront bins. Impossible to sit on terrace. Food are not nice. Only people which doing entertainment are verry friendly. Not offering to go there with friends group. Unhappy

My friend and I booked the hotel and flight through Jet2holidays, the flight was good, the transfer was quick but the minute we arrived at the Costa Caleta Hotel we soon discovered how disgusting the place was. We were told upon arrival by the receptionist that we had 10 minutes to still get dinner...it was 9:25pm, as we entered the depressing food area the cheese I went to take which was already sweating more than Rocky Balboa and uncovered in a warm area, I was told I was not allowed to take as it was for breakfast, so that would be at least another 12 hours fermenting. The food we did try occasionally was over cooked and luke warm, Health and Hygiene would have a field day here. The ‘all inclusive’ drinks were undrinkable and the only purpose for them would be to remove nail polish. We informed Jet2holidays the next day that we were unhappy and sadly as nice and polite as they were absolutely no solution was given, the initial call was taken whilst sitting outside in the Hotel seating area and there was a sanitary towel on the floor in front of us. We have had no meals here and that includes the three basic breakfast, lunch and evening meal, we have had no alcohol beverages or tea and coffee. We asked for an iron and were charged €10 for a deposit and €10 for the use, a complete joke as it was an iron that had clearly been left behind from a guest from the UK with a UK plug on it and it was a very old iron. Thank goodness this has not put us of Fuerteventura and I would 100% recommend the area but steer well clear of Costa Caleta Hotel and Jet2holidays.

Thank you very much for sharing your personal opinion with the rest of TripAdvisor travelers. We regret that your flight was late, and therefore you could not enjoy the regular dinner of the hotel, as our buffet closes at 21:30.
For these cases we always provide customers with the called "cold" dinners, where they can get some food before bedtime.
We do check temperatures before opening services and every 15 minutes during the service. Just in case that the guest wanted it warmer, we do provide a microwave in the Restaurant and the cooker are allowed to warm the food inside the kitchen. We recommend to the guests when they go to the restaurant, take the food neatly. Many times when the customer takes the first course plus the second, when you get to the second dish is cold.
We are a 3 star hotel and according to the majority of travelers who visit us, we work with one of the best relations in terms of quality-price of the area.

We thank you again for your opinion, all the opinions of our clients are important, because they help us to close to the excellence that we seek.

This hotel is not bad at all considering it's a 3-star hotel, the food are good though not excellent (don't expect it like a 5-star hotel), I think the food is really good for a 3-star hotel standard, there are plenty of food and variety to choose from, chicken, beef, pork, duck, lamb and seafood (fish, prawn, mussels, squid), vegetables (cabbage, carrots, broccoli, eggplant, beans) and a salad bar.
The location is good, though not directly by the seaside but it's within walking distance, only about 3-5 minutes walk to the cliff or beach and the supermarket and other restaurants and bars are just one block away.

I visited this resort with my partner during mid September time and had the best time !!! Staff were so lovely and friendly, the room was ammaculate and I thought food was great! The pool entertainment was just enough, they would let you chill out and enjoy then they would start up some activities which were a laugh. My boyfriend loved the water polo ! The resort was close to the beach, restaurants and bars as well for if you wanted a little change of scenery. The staff were helpful with sorting out our trip to the water park and always seemed happy to assist with anything. This hotel must also attract lovely people as we met a lot of great friends during our weeks stay ! We really enjoyed our stay it most defienetly had an impact on why we loved our holiday to fuerventura so much :-)
