Excellent resort. The staff are freindly, helpful and polite. The owner of the resort, Jose, is always around and if you have any questions or queries he is only to happy to answer those for you. The reception staff are English or English speaking and can not be faulted in any way at all. The resort is away from the crowds but only a 10-15 min walk from the beach. Ideal for a quiet holiday in a relaxing atmosphere. Very Good. I would atay again.

I came out here for a last minute study break and it was the perfect setting, The apartments are a littel tired but cheerful and bright, the setting is lovely with lots of greenery and very peaceful, and there are several bars and a supermarket all within 2 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. I probably wouldn't come here for a proper holiday, as the whole area is just holiday apartments but if i could pick this little patch up and transport it somewhere with a bit more culture I would!
If you are an animal lover I would recommend googling the twinkle trust animal charity, set up by a british couple to look after the cats on the island. They welcome volunteers to help catch the cats to be spayed, and they have placed 'cat cafes' all over the island where you can donate food. The cats that have had the tip of their left ear clipped have been spayed and vaccinated for cat flu, and you can get in touch with them if you see a cat that either needs spaying or you think it may need some other treatment, they are angels!
The only thing I would improve would be for the pool to open a little earlier in the day as it does not open until ten, and i did fancy the idea of starting my day with an early morning swim!

We stayed for the first 3 days only and I was happy I had not booked for a longer time.
The main problem was the noise from the neighbors.
Well, I do not know, perhaps this is normal for the British tourists to act this way but to tolerate constant drinking till the late night is not what I do.
Some pensioners had a party without caring about anybody else and it was not possible to sleep till 2 am when their stupid drunk laugh ended eventually.
So I think this is the main problem in the bungalows all around the island as we stayed in apartments as well and it was not so bad in terms of the noise around.
The room number was 305 and it was not kept well and was very basic as I expected.
It is always the lottery who Your neighbor will be.
Fuertesol bungalows were more convenient and people seemed to be more quite.

i have just got back from here, 18th oct, stay for 2weeks, on first insepection, i thort thses are ok, but actually, these bungalows are in desperate need of modernization. you do get what you pay for, the pool areas are great, 3 in total, staff was very friendly and helpful. i would not recomend these's apartments, but if you are looking for a very cheap and cheerful hoilday, then yes..... it is very very quiet, it is approx, a 10min walk into town, 3 euro's in a taxi, which is cheap enough,
the cleaners, came in every other day to change towels, the beds got changed once, in 2 weeks,
me personally, would not return to these apartments, you really do get what you pay for

Room Tip: you what rooms between 1 and 30

Just returned from here after 12 great days. This is our second time here and definitely will not be our last! Yes the bungalows are a bit dated but everything works and, as the last reviewer said, I'm on holiday so who wants to eat in any way? For the price you pay it is worth every penny. Three great pools to use, two pool bars (excellent food and people at Elite pool bar) cannot comment on the other one because didn't use it. Zanzibar is great for early evening drinks to watch the sun go down even though the entertainment laid on later is a little mediocre, but still good fun. The onsite restaurant, Chez Moi, is now apparently very good and under new ownership however we didn't find this out until it was too late! Maybe next time.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk uphill from the town and beach but in the heat of the day there is always the little road train (€1.50) or a taxi (€3.00) both drop off right outside reception/Zanzibar.
The food at the Elite pool bar was good and very reasonably priced (Full English 2.50!!!) The staff here, as all over the complex, were great and very friendly.
All I can say is that we had an excellent time and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone not expecting five star. Go and make your own mind's up, I am sure you'll not be disappointed.

Room Tip: We had room 71 which got the sun in the evening, perfect for a pre dinner beer/wine!

Just returned from a week here myself & my daughter, this was a cheap holiday, i paid £119 for a one bed bungalow for a week & i wasn't expecting some luxury pad with all mod cons, it really is a no-brainer, you want 4 or 5 star then pay a lot more & you may get it, yes the bungalows are basic kind of 70's decor etc but it is just a base, you sleep & shower there, why would i want a fully equipped kitchen to cook in? im on holiday!! i do that at home week in week out, did i take pictures of the dented fridge the not so glamorous sofa bed and the chipped work top? did I hell im here to relax to swim in the 3 beautiful pools and to damn well enjoy myself! We had a great week bungalow no 20 smack bang in front of the pool with the elite bar, sun loungers galore you will not have any need to get up early & grab one honestly - it was quiet and quite charming, this complex if really quite big with excellent staff, the lady on reception was a star. three bars three pools, supermarket minutes away, walk to town 15 minutes (and the beach) we chilled out all week lazing in the sun it was very hot, 11 hours of sun every day & most important yes i would go back here i really feel as though i have had a holiday.

Room Tip: Ask for a room near the pool
