The hotel is very dated and is need of a makeover. Look past this and you will find excellent customer service, The staff are the jewels of this crown, whether they be in reception, behind the bar, in the restaurant or cleaning rooms, passageways or pool and yard areas. They give service with a smile are very good. The food is varied and choices abound. If you need it, a microwave is provided to get your food piping hot. On All-Inclusive plan there are no limits to the food and drink that is provided and there is a regular evening entertainment programme. Everything was well organised and allowed us to concetrate on enjoying our holiday both around Caleta de Fuste and surrounding areas. This is an ideal base to start from as local buses access all other parts of Feuteventura. They are on time and not expensive.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the bar area as this is the focal point for entertainment up to 23:30 The higher floors "balconies" see the sun all day.

The standard of cleanliness was most impressive. We stayed for three weeks and were most comfortable. Accomodation was basic, hob and microwave,,no oven. Large fridge. Lounge and separate bedroom. We were close to the pool, nice quiet room. Beware some rooms are very close to the bar and can be noisy. Staff were always polite and efficient. We were self catering but other options are available including all inclusive. Excellent location in the heart of the town. Good cheap bus links to airport.

Janice had been twice before with her elderly mother, now it was my turn to join her for a well earned break. Good flight times meant we arrived at 1pm and our room wasn't ready but we were allowed to use the bar for drinks until it was. 1.45 and we were advised that we could get into our room. The handshake that welcomed my wife on her return to the hotel more than made up for this short delay.

The room overlooked the road at the back of the hotel on the airport side so it was fairly quiet. The room was good for the money we had paid, clean and plenty of crockery in the 'kitchen' area. Plasma Tv, extra blankets and pillows and plenty of hanging space and drawers.

The toilet had an over bath shower and was clean and tidy.

The stairs and corridors were spotless and poolside and outdoor bar area were tidy. Inside there were a couple of seating areas and they were clean and tidy too. The dining room was small compared to some but was never that busy that we couldn't find a table. There were also a few tables outside if you wanted to dine alfresco.

As others have said, the food wasn't to a great standard but wasn't by any means the worst we had seen. We always managed to eat in as there was always at least one dish for each course that we liked. It was also clearly labelled which doesn't always happen elsewhere. There was usually pork available, sometimes cooked on the griddle in the dining room.

The entertainment was alright, from games in the afternoon to the bingo and a turn most evenings. This ranged from the kids mini-disco most nights to acts like a Parrot show, musical duo and a guy with snakes, a turtle and a well behaved skunk.

The all inclusive bar stopped at 11pm but drink prices were really good compared to other hotels we'd stayed at.

The staff were all excellent, from reception to waiting staff to bar staff to cleaners, they were all pleasant, had good english and worked their socks off. We had an issue on our balcony thanks to one of the young couple upstairs drinking on an empty head but it was cleared up within half an hour of reporting it to reception.

If I have anything negative to say it's that the hotel is a wee bit tired. There are plenty of seats and tables outside at the bar, but only four or five well worn cushions for the seats. Not a massive issue but I don't have my own padding so it was uncomfortable at times.

The apart-hotel is ideally situated for the short walk down to the beach, a 10 minute walk from the bus stop and a 35 minute walk to the large shopping centre. There are the usual souvenier shops, bars and restuarants close by as well as a chemist and taxi rank.

nice hotel very clean, towels changed nearly every day, bedding changed 4 times while we were there, for 7 nights, perfect location, right in the centre for everything, about 5 -10 min. walk to the beach but plenty to look at along the way. the food was not the best we have ever had, but there was plenty of choice so you would always find something even if you are a fussy eater like my self.

Room Tip: we had a room facing the street which was good as you can see what is going on, but there is a nightclub across the road and it gets very loud around 4-5 in the morning when they start spilling out on to the street

Just returned from 4 days here. Only paid £200 for all inclusive and the only thing I would mention negatively is the food.

You get what you pay for and I didn't expect much. The receptionists were welcoming and the staff/cleaners were all friendly and polite.

The rooms were basic but clean and the towels were changed during our short stay.

The food was not to my taste at all - I am not a fussy eater but I like to know what sort of sauce fish is sitting in, what can only be described as 'juice'. The main meals were not to my taste but then everyone is different! Excellent restaurant round the corner called 'Nestors' which had excellent steak for under 15 euros.

If you want a nice cheap hotel to chill at then this is fine. Entertainment wasn't great but it's not really a 'party' hotel. Killer pool, killer darts and Bingo were all played every night, so this didn't really need much imagination!

I would agree with comments on here about the sunbeds, they need updating. Some of them are ok but you have to go and check them out to ensure you get one that reclines up and not just sits back, plenty to go round though, even if the Germans are at the poolside at 8am 'reserving' them!

I would return and go all inclusive again but I wouldn't eat here

Room Tip: If there is two travelling, the studio apartment is fine
