Dont waste money doing the sub, you go out about 200 yards and sit in pure discomfort for 20 mins while the same grey fish swim around the windows. The aquarium was a joke with a guide with no interest in the fish pointing at them and saying that one, not important and we used to have this fish but we don't anymore. BTW he is pointing to a big tank like a tub, so you cant actually see much. However the swimming with sealions, that is actually OK, it is a different activity, and cost 30 euros and actually fun and scary at the same time as the sealion plays tricks with you.

We did the submarine trip with our 3 children Xmas Day as something different. They really enjoyed this and the pirate ship and a kiss from the sealion for 2 of them.

Wanted to whale watch but sea too choppy
Decided to do the underwater trip instead

Started 5 minutes late and we had about 10 minutes with a young lad talking about some of the fish in the tanks

Then we had about a 20 minute trip in the 'boat' this was different, the fish numerous and the water clear. The boat itself a little cramped and with some noisy children present, an assault to the eardrums, but once they calmed down, interesting to see the underwater world

Once returned to the harbour, a chance to have a picture with the seal, and then leave via a shop

Seemed that we were promised an hour, but got only about 45 minutes in total
An interesting ride in the boat, but maybe a little pricy for what we got

We didn't enjoy it as much as we expected to, it was so cramped inside as it was crammed full of people and we struggled to get a good view

Kids loved the trip however it was short, loved kissing the sea lion but you had to pay addtionally for the photograph..
