Considering this place has just been renovated I found it very underwhelming, I have been to casinos in Vegas and Macau they were exiting and offered so much for visitors. The garden bar was ok but nothing special. We were told to visit the 19th floor to see the infinity pool and bar. I found the area very clinical and uninviting, the music was for a young audience so not for myself and friends. I don’t think I will be returning in the near future
Visited with friends & found the casino a little underwhelming & lacking atmosphere, it may help if the staff were a little friendlier & possibly even smiled occasionaly too!
We went here for a day of gambling and fun which we had the food and service was excellent with the facilities being top class will be back
I went for Breakfast at the main buffet restaurant with a cost of $36.50, I have to say this was so bad if this is the standard for 5 star hotels on the Gold Coast wow it was not as good as a road side café it was very poor and not very clean, the set-up of the hot food was so bad and was always running out of products also so the food was not hot.
for the life of me I don't understand why the chef would have a lolly bar running for breakfast with chocolate fountain not a good start to the day.
The coffee was very poor and no one come to my table and asked if I would like coffee like they waitress said she would, the coffee at Macdonalds is better the Danish pasties where not baked they where raw the bacon was well over cooked that's if you could get some as food was running out at 7.30am.
To add to this i watched the waitress clean the tables with a old dirty rag no disinfectant spary and no sanitizer this is very bad standards i would never go here again poor food and poor standards
I’ve been here a heap of times - it’s always very good atmosphere. The various dining options are good & the casino area is fun.
