Had an enjoyable night. Between five of us we had, Entrees: trio of dips- taste sensation, Greek bruschetta- amazing! Saganaki- salty but enjoyable, souzoukakia- nice for meatballs. Mains: souvlaki lamb- best lamb any of us had tasted, cooked to perfection, Souvlaki beef- extremely tender, Souvlaki chicken- amazingly good, Cinnamon chicken- alright, nothing fancy, Koflika- lamb shank was a little bit dry but lovely flavour. Desserts: Greek Biscuits- three different types, one like ginger bread and nothing special, second a baklava and third unknown, very dry and odd texture, Greek Donuts- very yummy and sweet.

Overall, the service was brilliant with exception to one waitress not speaking English well. The food was exceptional, the prices were way too over-priced though and could be brought down at least $10-$15 per item on the menu to make the experience seem much more worth it. The atmosphere was relaxed but we chose a quiet night to dine. It was nice to dine with linen table-cloths/napkins instead of paper napkins.

I would definitely go back if the prices came down and only on special occasions if they didn't.
Worth trying :)

The food was bad. We had ordered a seafood platter. The chips were okay, the fish was okay, prawns tasted okay, the muscles were okay and the calamari was good, though everything was very oily. However, it also came with scallops, which were definitely off, they tasted very bad.

The seafood platter comes with a sauce, salad and focaccia slices which they forgot to bring, we had to ask them to bring it after they brought the food. Finally they brought it, but without the sauce. We had to ask them twice after that to bring the sauce until they finally brought it.

Overall it wasn't good at all and I definitely won't be eating there again.

We only visited this restaurant through purchasing a discount voucher before we left but it turned out to be a great meal.

The restaurant is in the heart of Broadbeach but is not in the mainstream area being between 2 others on a pavement overlooking Victoria Square. It looks reasonably new and is well furnished with real table linen rather than paper serviettes that are the norm these days.

Our voucher was for a shared meat meal and it turned out to be magnificent. The waiter said we did not need a starter and he was correct. There were Greek sausage, lamb, beef, chicken and meatballs with flat bread as well - more than enough for two people, but we did the meal justice because the flavours and textures were so good.

At the end of the evening we decided to try the baklava dessert and that was exquisite.

Service was friendly and efficient.

The Restaurant looked inviting enough. Our waitress didn't speak english and stuffed up our order. The entree Calamari were good but our main Lamb and Chicken slouvaki with salad, bread and Tzatziki (smallest amount possible)were ordinary. Especially at $29 each. The salad was the size of a garnish, my husband had some Feta in it while I didn't. Would not go back.

The entree was good, although definitely different than the description of what was actually ordered/on the menu. My meal was reasonably good, but my companion ordered a steak and that particular cut ($39) wasn't available - another was offered in its place, and foolish us, we should have checked whether it was being offered at the same price. The quality of what arrived wasn't exceptional for $39, but especially when you discover you've paid $49 for a steak because what you'd originally ordered was not available.
