I found the atmosphere to be cosy and comforting, wih a nice little nook for those that just want to read. There is a bit of diversity of food, especially for a cafe. It is located in an easy-to-reach spot. The pastries are their best dishes.
Highlight: The cosy atmosphere
Lowlight: I found the staff a little displeasing. The ladies were just a little cold, and on occasion not helpful. Though many other New Zealanders I have met have been warm and friendly, I did not get that same feeling here.
Overall: Okay. Fine place to get a muffin or something, but not my favorite cafe in New Zealand.
