Pia, the owner, is a person to meet! Excellent location with hidden treasures like a welcoming front porch, garden in the back with pool under olive trees, and stone-carved historic rooms that are quite big. For a Puglia trip; this must be your starting location!

Filthy and badly managed by inexperienced people. A quaint old residence in a town not far from the sea. It could potentially be an excellent B&B but it certainly is lacking maintenance, upkeep, courtesy and hygiene !!! Please be aware that there is no private parking and you will have to park your car on the street and haul your own baggage. If you happen to be out at night note that the owners turn off the front door light and you are likely to trip on the old carriage left by the door. It can be pretty spooky. Moreover, the noise from the street will make sleeping impossible. The pool is decent but the owners utilize it as well as host their own exercise classes. There is a cute boutique in town owned by a British lady who sells items of clothing and more from around the world. The shop probably made up for the lousy stay at Palazzo Vecchio.

Room Tip: If you can avoid a room directly on the street.

Dear Guest,
from this year the structure has changed management, for the first thing the parking is really inside the structure, in particular in the garden, and is private and reserved for the guests same as the outdoor pool. There are no classes anymore.
the lights in the garden and in the coutyard are on every night and every guests know how to light up or turn off respecting the energy consumption.
I would like to invite you for another opportunity to stay from this summer. Remember to specify to have the most silent room in the structure.

A priceless building of an old world charm and located in a quaint village not far from the stunning sea. The facilities lack in upkeep and cleanliness. Our junior suite had permanent insect nests and spider webs on the vaulted ceilings. The doors screeched and could not lock at all. Although requested, there was no lighting left on at night in the entrance and garden that lead to the sleeping quarters. Our room faced the village’s main road which is used the whole night by cars, mopeds and pedestrians. The noise is continuous and unbearable. It was impossible to sleep without ear plugs! A stale breakfast was served utilizing left-over from previous days. Although the owners live on the premises, nobody was ever available or willing to assist the lodgers. We left feeling as unwelcomed guests in a private home.

Dear guest,
from this year the structure has changed the management. You can find new services like wi-fi, private parking, and the staff present every morning for the desk and for the daily cleaning. For the rest of the day is possible to contact the owner for every problems. The lights are on every nights and every guests knows how to turn on and off the lights respecting the eco-save.
there is more attenction about the upkeep but i want to remember that is a ancient location in a big garden situated in the middle of the city (that in august is an important point of touristic interest).
The management of this year and also the previous one, never and I underline NEVER give left-over from previous days for breakfast.
