Stayed in villa panorama in August 2011.
Our taxi driver wasn't sure where to take us and we got dropped off with our suitcases a couple of roads away and then once we finally found the place, we weren't sure how to get in or who we were meant to meet. Luckily there were some people in the pool, who told us to contact the owner. Once we were in our room, which was on the first floor and overlooking the sea, it was wonderful.
Rooms were air conditioned and the area was really peaceful and relaxing.
We enjoyed our stroll down to the beach both days and also loved the use of the private pool. We cooked for ourselves in our kitchen because we wanted to keep our budget low but there were plenty of restaurants by the sea to choose from. On our second day we hired a car and had a short trip to Dubrovnik. Be warned of the steep road that is approaching the apartment! We used the route once to get up and down to the beach and it nearly killed us. We found a little path that led much easier down to the coast but you do have to scramble through some overgrown land. The city and the coast here are just stunning. For the rest of the week we used the hire car and travelled up the coast to Split but would have quite happily stayed in Villa Panorama for a longer stay! Highly recommended!
