Lovely apartment, everything needed, ask for kettle if not there, and they will lend you an iron. Pool warm in Sept, and kept well, Lovely
At first seemed strange as after a week, if you are staying longer, you take your bedding and towels to reception and they give you clean ones. But realised that while you are there, no one goes in your room, so very secure. Gated complex too. Beach 5 min walk away with restaurants, and 20 min walk along the front and you are in the next town Garrachua, plus in other direction from hotel, bus stop at end of road to Morjaca . Plus more shops and cafes. Beautiful place. Staff are really helpful too.
Only down side is , that the only English TV channels are news. But hay who needs to watch telly at a place like that.

Room Tip: Down stairs is near pool, upstairs has roof terrace

Cozy place for the whole family. The room was clean and fine service.
The pool is ok size for a short swim in the hot summer day.
We travelled in the end of May, temperature was about 25-28 C degrees.
it was perfect, not crowded and quite.

Spent a week at Torrelaguna the last week in May self catering with my other half.
We stayed in a ground floor, one bed apartment which was clean, spacious with air con and had everything we needed with a fully equipped kitchen.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Checked in at lunchtime without a problem but was surprised to be asked for 100 euro returnable deposit, thought it a bit odd but got it back on the last day. We were given free wi-fi access for 4 devices, the reception being really good.
We didn't have a cleaner during our stay but there were cleaning materials and a washing machine in the apartment.
There are two small pools with a limited amount of sunbeds but it was very quiet and never had a problem getting a spot.
Also on site is a bar/restaurant which we didn't use so can't make comment.
The apartments are 5/10 minutes walk to the beach and laguna with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. We hired a car and drove to Garrucha or Mojacar to eat out and use the beach, that being because we know those resorts better.
All in all a great value holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed recently for a week and can highly recommend.
Lovely well kept grounds, friendly receptionist and well equipped apartment.
Few minor issues which prevented me scoring excellent. No wine glasses which was a pain with 2 wine drinkers. Loungers on the sun terrace were in a poor state and definitely need replacing. Terrace would've benefitted from a good clean. I expected towels to be be changed once through the week but they weren't and room not cleaned during our stay?
Otherwise we were really happy. Bit noisy as it was busy for easter so lots of children running round or scooting around on scooters bringing noise levels up.
Few local restaurants, and pleasant walk into garrucha, although I do feel a car would be useful, we had one for the week and were able to visit lots of nice places.
Pool was really cold so we didn't use. A hairdryer would've been useful. WiFi was poor in our room.
Will definitely use again.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms have large solarium, great bonus!

We stayed here from the 13th to the 27th of February this year in a first floor, one-bedroomed apartment to use as a base to go house hunting. The accommodation was of good standard. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the wardrobes and drawers (although there were not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe, but this was easily fixed by asking for more from reception). The bathroom was of a good size. The living room again was a decent size with a double sofa bed. The kitchen was equipped enough for us as we tend to eat out a lot, so only needed basic facilities for in the kitchen. The big bonus was the washing machine, which allowed us to take fewer clothes in our luggage. There was a nice balcony with a view of one of the pools leading off the living room, and a huge sun terrace with loungers up the stairs from the balcony. The apartment was cold (very cold) when we arrived, but it had individually controlled air conditioning in the living room, so didn't take too long to warm up. The bedroom stayed a bit cooler though.
The complex is lovely, with immaculately landscaped trees and plants throughout. The pools looked a good size, although we didn't go in them. There are locked gates at each entrance to the complex which is a big plus from a security point of view. Your key will let you in an out of any of the entrances. The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. The reception is not 24 hours, but we didn't have a problem with this.
There were some facilities (on-site bar and shop) which were not open when we were there, due to the time of year we visited, but we did know about this before we arrived so again this was not a problem to us.
The apartment itself and the complex were spotlessly clean and nicely quiet. The complex is only a short walk to a small selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. We had a car and there were good parking facilities. We found it was easy to get to from the airport.
The only thing that stopped me from giving this accommodation a 5 star review was that there are no safes in the rooms or safety deposit boxes in reception, meaning things like passports, cameras, tablets, laptops etc have to be either left unattended in the room or taken with you when you go out.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the first floor to get a huge roof terrace.
