Booked a short week in Oasis barns in late September to enjoy the Suffolk countryside and dogwalks. The self catering cottage was fantastic and met all our expectations. Stuart & Joanne had left welcome packages for us upon arrival, and sorted our room setup as per request. They left us to our holiday and were not pushy to feel they had to watch and mind the place, which was very welcome. The barns were kitted out with new stuff and all appliances worked well. No complaints would happily stay there again and recommend to others.

Had a fantastic time with all the family ranging from grandma through to our 11 year old ,13 year old and our 2year old .Stayed in both the Kingfisher and Moorhen property's .Found them both just stunning with lovely uninterrupted views across the fields .Beautifully clean ,everything you needed for a good weeks stay was thought of .Beds were so comfy too .Bathrooms were immaculate with the underfloor heating being an added bonus .Spent many an hour in the well thought out play barn too had everything you needed for young and old with a huge dinning table ,heated hostess trolley and extra fridge which we made the most of .Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing accommodation and area to stay in .All Saints South Elmham is a small but lovely place to stay ,close to all coastal locations you'd want to see with a very lovely pub /restaurant just down the road ,the Rumburgh Buck .Had a few meals out here all were lovely .Just to say the owners Joanne and Stuart were so helpful too and left us such a welcome basket on arrival truly lovely gesture .Thanks so much for our lovely holiday just a shame the weather wasn't behaving .

I booked at the oasis barn when another company let me down, i am sooooo pleased they did. These recently renovated barns are perfect, i can not recommend them enough. The owners Stuart and Joanne are there if needed but you dont feel invaded. Beautiful location, amazing welcome baskets for both us and the dogs!! including homemade bread and Jam (not forgetting the welcomed wine!!) egyptian cotton sheets, feather duvets, and brilliant size wines glasses, most important. The bathrroms were immaculate and a sheer pleasure to use, didnt want to come home to mine!!! The kitchens are fantastically equipt and although me and my two teenagers didnt use the game room it was all there for them (included hot and cold taps, buckets and sponges to wash smelly warn out dogs!! which i did use) asi walked for miles in the farmers foggy fields surrounding the barns. Cant wait to return and saving for next year already. I wish this very dedicated couple all the luck in thew world as there hard work shows!!!!
