This is an old hotel and you can see it when you enter the rooms. Floors and walls are all Artex which give the rooms a 'cave like' look. A family room only has 2 cups so you have to ask for more. They give you the minimum milk, tea and toilet rolls. This could be a great hotel if they just stopped being so tight on the extras

We stayed in a family room. The children's beds were a lot bigger and more comfortable than they are in comparable hotels. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. We all enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide range of choices and the serving staff were very kind to the children. Would recommend to other families.

My daughter and I arrived earlier than expected at the hotel, but the man on reception was really friendly and our room was ready! We had a lovely time here, the bed was very comfy and the room quiet. All of the staff that we met were both friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! I used to have a weekend job here many years ago when I was in the 6th form and have many happy memories of this hotel and some lasting friendships that I made with the young French staff.
