Was able to get some amazing photos of the lighthouse and the surrounding area. Highly recommend going through the area around the lighthouse.

Went to visit this lighthouse and it was wonderful! Just wish we had a tour guide to give us more information than a self guide. It still was a great place to visit.

I visited here last year and will go back this year. Nice historic museum and you get to climb the lighthouse!

My husband and I went to Daytona this summer. It was a great little get away for the weekend. I love the beach and the lighthouse it reminded this LI native of home.

My wife and I visited this site for the first time and were pleasantly surprised at the extent of the restoration and the interesting exhibits. The lightkeepers' houses were complete and historically accurate, and the lens museum was REALLY enlightening (sorry about the pun). We woosed out on going to the top of the lighthouse, but my guess is that it's worth the climb if you can do it without needing an ambulance afterward.
Extensive grounds, well maintained, historic, and especially interesting from an engineering standpoint. We recommend it.
