My husband and I stopped by Killorans for a cup of coffee. We spent hours looking at the history on the walls. We talked to Anne and her son Tommy. They have so many stories to tell. Lot's of laughter. I was very intrigued to learn why President Kennedy's family meant so much to the Killoran family.
We ended up staying for a delicious lamb chop dinner and Anne taught my husband and I an Irish dance. This was the most laughter and fun that we had on our whole trip to Ireland (and that's a high bar to reach.) Ireland is a FUN place to visit!
So, we stopped for coffee, made life long friends, learned to dance, learned of Tubbercurry's history, had a delicious dinner and stayed for pints until they closed.
Lovely people, lovey time.
Don't miss this gem!
