I don't know what to gush about first: the amazing views from our bedroom (15) across village roof tops to the mountains or the beautiful bedroom, the delightful staff, the stylish interior or the delicious food. Ski in & out is a great asset as is the outside restaurant at lunchtime - a fabulous suntrap - (don't forget to book though). Armelle the owner and Marine, her 'right hand' couldn't have made us more welcome. The only thing missing is a comfi seating area by the small bar, otherwise a fabulous, shabby chic and luxurious hotel.

Room Tip: Room 15 or the suites either side, all have balconies. The two chalets opposite, owned by the hotel, are also very cool.

Fantastic attention to detail and a great location. We visited four years ago and the same high standards are still there. Very attentive and friendly staff.Superb rooms in a modern Savoie style. Food very good but I would recommend a few more simple options.

We stayed 3 days over summer 2016. It is a lovely small hotel located at top of Les Carroz with a fantastic view. The restaurant is great, with Michelin star. The service is so friendly. And one of the cleanest hotel I have ever seen! Great sized room and bathroom for a mountain hotel. Would definitely be back!

We went to Armelle's wonderful hotel on New Year's Eve for a week with our son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren and it was everything we hoped for! We all stayed in one of the luxury wooden lodges, my husband and I had our bedroom downstairs and our son and his family had a stunning two bedroomed separate apartment upstairs with a wood burning stove. The food in the hotel is perfection both in quality and presentation and Armelle and her staff particularly Marine made us so welcome. Marine speaks excellent English. The children had their own special menu but ate with us each evening.
When the snow is good it is possible to ski from outside the hotel. Les Carroz is a delightful small village less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Room Tip: Wooden lodges are special.

This is the perfect retreat for a short skiing break - less than an hour from Geneva, and the hotel offers a speedy transfer service. Armelle and Patrick together with their team of staff, including Marine and Chef Pascal, are excellent. The food is exceptional so even if you don't ski, it is worth going, and the wine list is great too. The Chef was so accommodating with tweaking the menu to suit a dairy intolerance; no fuss was made, which made the dining experience all the more special. The bedroom facilities are first class - lovely Frette linens, towels & robes, a spacious bathroom with a shower and separate bath (always good after a day on the slopes) and the wood burning stove in our room was reset for us each day, ready to light on our return. A delightful ski-in/ski-out experience.
