We had a wonderful dinner last night at this charming French farmhouse restaurant. We had a wonderful amuse bouche of garlic soup. Then we had appetizers of smoked salmon, and also beef carpaccio. StunnIng presentation and wonderful taste. We both opted for the pork tenderloin roast with a wine, chestnut, and apricot sauce. It was superb. Our desserts were a chocolate coconut cake and raspberry crime brulee. We had an excellent Bergerac wine to go with our meal. The cost of the dinner was only 27 Euros per person. This was a much better meal than we had the night before at La Belle Etoile which was right up the road!
