“I can't recommend Glen Eitvie. Too many tourists”

Purely stunning. Wether you walk or drive, the road follows the river so well . The Flemings family home is stunning. But the views defy belief. Simply stunning

“beautiful!”
Reviewed February 27, 2014

Love Glen Etive have been twice already once in December 2013 and again in February 2014 - so peaceful and such beautiful views. Will be back again for sure this year.

“Greatest views ever”
Reviewed January 21, 2014

Most people pass this turn off without knowing just before you enter Glencoe from the south on the A82, my advice is look for the road and take the 12 miles journey down stunning scenery, with waterfalls mountains and wildlife everywhere. you have got to drive down this road and back its a definate must do thing

“The finest scenery in the Scotland”
Reviewed January 16, 2014

Glen Etive includes the finest scenery in the country. I especially love Buachaille Etive Mòr. Excellent place to do some wildlife and nature photography. Even though, good preparation required as weather can be unpredictable and some places can be muddy so don't forget to wear suitable footwear.

“Perfect taste of the highlands”
Reviewed December 26, 2013

I hesitate to recommend this drive, as it might encourage more visitors, which would despoil the remote and rugged ambiance. We drove miles up the valley. It seemed as though every corner and turn had a new view for us to stop and enjoy. Make sure you include this in your trip plans.
