Friends recommend this Carvery to us and so glad they did. The beef was the best I have ever eaten. Fresh vegetables and piping hot. The staff were so friendly and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Value for money was incredible as you got 2 carvery meals for just £12 and just £5 for the Childs menu. We also took away one of their take away Carveries for our son who couldn't join us. It was still hot and fresh after a half hour drive home and he said he needs to come with us next time as he really enjoyed it.

Can't wait to visit again.

Just had the Sunday carvery. Very, very busy and only just got a table. Tells you something about the popularity, if not necessarily the quality. The carvery was decent value at £8.95 for a Sunday. Excellent views out onto the coastline - even if it was a dull, grey day. Meat was reasonable. Gammon was too salty - but they did warn us in advance. Roast potatoes and the sage and onion balls were both a bit soft. Plates were a little on the small side - and so easily full!

Overall, no better or no worse than other carveries in the area and we would certainly go again.

We visited on a Sunday - very busy and we were only allocated 45 mins to eat our food due to people pre-booking. Nice carvery although not much veg selection. Perhaps would be better on another day!

please don't go there in serious need of a Gordon Ramsey make over. This place has not moved on since the eighties, the deck, the food, the layout and the whole experience was awful, from walking in I knew it was the wrong choice. Shame because it is such a great spot, well known, blah blah. Come on spend a bit money and sort it out we will support you.

Had Sunday lunch here today with the family. Food was excellent, service was good, staff very polite and welcoming. It was just the queue to get lunch that let it down for me a little bit, but obviously they have got it right as the place was full. Lovely afternoon in a lovely part of the coast.
