“not good at all”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

please don't go there in serious need of a Gordon Ramsey make over. This place has not moved on since the eighties, the deck, the food, the layout and the whole experience was awful, from walking in I knew it was the wrong choice. Shame because it is such a great spot, well known, blah blah. Come on spend a bit money and sort it out we will support you.

“Sunday Carvery”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

Had Sunday lunch here today with the family. Food was excellent, service was good, staff very polite and welcoming. It was just the queue to get lunch that let it down for me a little bit, but obviously they have got it right as the place was full. Lovely afternoon in a lovely part of the coast.

“Great Value in Lovely Location”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

The Carvery was well stocked and the staff warm and friendly. The food was fantastic value.
Fews over the beach and priory are lovely and worth going just for a drink to enjoy.
Highly recommended.

“Food was as good as the views!”
Reviewed January 8, 2013 via mobile

If anyone can tell me of a restaurant with better views anywhere in Britain, then I'd like to know. Carvery was top class, we also tried the new burger and In honesty, I was shocked, absolutely superb. Saw lot's of very happy customers. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Owner even gave me some great tips on cooking.

“family meal”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

Just had a family meal here we all opted for the carvery very good value even though they have take the main and sweet offer off being Christmas.
The quality of the food was very good, service was also very good.
The only problem here is parking it can be a bit of a nightmare. The views are second to none in the country.
The dining room could do with a lick of paint in parts but you come here for the food and the views.
