We stayed in the hotel in August 2012.

The hotel is situated in a lovely village called , cavalese, which has many serene points and lots of action which you can do around (the mountain nearby, with many walks, tree-climbing park , river rafting , and ski in the winter).

As you enter the hotel, you get the sense of home.
The owners has done a fantastic job in creating an ambience which is both clean , professional , peaceful and home like at the same time.

There is a sense of calmness both in the place and in the people who manage it.

We had a great time , with lovely sun and fresh air.

The food is fresh and the service is impeccable !

We highly recommend it for both families with kids and for copules and any one.

Wishing the hotel owners and staff ,
Success , health , good fortune and many years of good service with joy.

Lots of Love

I had the opportunity to spend a week end at the hotel at the end of the ski season. This is exactly the place where you can say without any doubt that 'people make the difference'!!!
Starting from the booking procedure I had experienced the warmness and kindness of the Azalea's team, continuing with the very nice surprise that at our arrival they gave us not the basic room we'd reserved but a free and wellcome upgrade!
Rooms are quiet and definitely clean, hotel is located in the heart of the old Cavalese village, with an appreciated private parking. A 3 minutes walk leads you to the 'downtown' of Cavalese, where you could taste the great strudel.
The hotel is charming and inspired from modern concepts, that is to say stilishly design (but not garish) and ecofriendly, also at the breakfast buffet where organic marmelades and home made pastry.
This is definitely a value for money excellent choice in a warm familiar environment...

I am a bit afraid of telling the rest of the world about this "hidden" secret, but it is for sure one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in ever! Fresh and modern rooms, great location and friendly personnel. The design, look and atmosphere is superb! I've stayed in the hotel twice in connection to the Marcialonga ski race and I am looking forward to my third stay in 2013:-)

A little crowded but still very pleasant hotel with charming location (in the historic part of the city), interesting wellness center and nice nursery with tones of toy blocks. Very convenient for skiers. Family-friendly. However there are tiny wardrobes and no refrigerators in rooms, what makes longer stay with a baby a bit difficult.
Eco-friendly ;-) (hint: towels and sheets with weird odour)
Over-hyped a little bit. The staff, nice folks by the way, does not pay attention to details. I mean specially the restaurant. You can get a typical Tirol spinach spaetzle without spinach ;-)

We are very grateful when our guests make the comments that help us to improve. We too have noticed that the laundry has sometimes a strange smell and we told the supplier. It should be the packaging machine for the transport.
By the way eco-friendly means more than sheets with a weird smell for example no frigde in the rooms because of our eco certification Ecolabel, rainwater recycling, green energy … We hope you enjoyed your stay in Park Hotel Azalea also with white organic Spätzle without spinach and next time you have to try the red one (with tomatoes)!
Have a nice summer!

Although not ideally located, the hotel offers a lot of top qualities services. Stilishly designed (with contemporary furniture and architecture), energy-saving planned, the hotel offers spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, with well and modernly equipped bathrooms. Food quality is very good to excellent. Buffet breakfast with all kinds of croissant, bread, jam, marmalade, cereals and delicatessen on the table; tea is served after ski together with homemade biscuits or cakes; dinner is almost always excellent with a three course generous menu. Wine is reasonably charged (but the choice can be improved). The staff was extremely polite, with a special mention for the Maitre.
Cavalese is an attractive village not comparable with other resorts of the alpine Paradise, yet out of noise and touristic route.
The weak points were the distance from the ski slope (although a public bus passes every 30 minutes during the day, it takes 20-25 minutes to get to the ski-cable, that's not just amusing) and lack of a complete spa (neither pool and jacuzzi or a fitness center, but this might be quite understandable considering the echo-identity of the hotel). Finally, could I give a little and hopefully polite suggestion to the owners of that beautiful hotel: light is everywhere very (too) soft. It might be difficult and tiring to read at night. Thank you nice family for having hosted our family for seven days in February 2011.

We were a little cautious of booking this hotel as there were no reviews on tripadvisor when we booked. However, we were delighted with the room, cleanliness, exceptional staff and an added bonus was that the hotel is environnmentally friendly.

A special mention to the waiter who obviously takes great pride in providing an exceptional level of customer care.

We found the hotel to be great value. Just over £40 half board. Great choice at breakfast and evening meal comes with a salad bar, fresh bread, 3 courses and coffee. Where possible they use local products.

Rooms are pleasantly minimal but very adequate. I would recommend this place.

This is a perfect example of what a contemporary hotel can be. Amid the chalet-styled hotels that dominate the area, this was a fresh and modern hotel set in attractive gardens. Our room was spacious, bright, fresh, airy and uncluttered. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings stylish and minimal with wood floors. The style might be most easily described as 'Scandinavian' but without the IKEAness that this could imply! We also had an excellent shower, bathrobes and 2 balconies.

Complimentary coffee and cake was served on the patio in the late afternoon and the breakfast was extensive. The hotel had signed up to an 'eco-hotel' charter which included offering bins on the landings for recycling plastic bottles, etc and minimal use of things like tiny packets of bathroom products and butter (why can't all hotels do this?)

Would thoroughly recommend both the hotel and the town (along with the food and wine at the wine bar attached to the Michelin rated Molin restaurant in the centre of town).
