Had a taste of nearly all the kinds of couscous they offer. Skipped the one with fried fish because I didn't like the idea, but will try next time, as they're really good.
Elegant place, people very kind and friendly but always extremely polite. It was really hot outside but the air conditioning was set perfectly, so we were comfortable but not freezing.
The food is simply excellent, for sure the best fish couscous I ever had.
Entrees very interesting, with spices, salt, seasoning never in excess but in order to make the course tasty and delicate. The couscous were exceptional as I said. They come with an abundant dose of their ''gravy'' which is very tasty by itself, calls for extra bread. A must try: the one with cuttlefish ink and sea urchin, but as last as it has the stronger taste. They have also what is probably the wider selection of sicilian wines one can find at a restaurant, the waiter (not a sommelier) suggested us the wine (we asked for a dry cold white wine) which matched most flavours of the food and was really enjoyable, and really high-quality (we knew the company) while reasonably priced. The check, while slightly higher than other places in the same area, is perfectly justified by the environment and the food quality and the quality/price is very very high.
