We had a one week stay here the beginning of June and it was simply fabulous!
Tui Family life is something special and a must do if you have children as something is always going on to entertain them.
Rooms - Clean and spacious (was just 3 of us) it’s a lovely concept of how they are spread out on the grounds, they can be a little far out of the way but all the walkways are lit well and easy access. The room is cleaned daily and any issues that we reported (light bulb out) where resolved same day. Bare in mind they have no irons in the room or none available to hire so take your own or you will have to pay the hotel laundry.
Food - Excellent in our opinion, lots of different variety. Great basics done really well and every night different carved meat or fish, some of the best lamb chops iv had. It has its own section for children with a great variety and colourful area to dine. The ice cream is incredible.
Bars - Great selection and lovely seating areas, they are a little away from the entertainment areas but you can just get jugs to take back and waiters are constantly walking around clearing empties.
Entertainment - Our favourite thing about this hotel by far - it was incredible!! The staff are so passionate and talented and nothing is too much trouble. Our little girl is just turned 2 so during the day there where lots of activities for her to do but we decided to keep her with us as we don’t get to spend much time with her at home during the day however we did attend the parent stay and play with colouring activities which where great. The evening activities where extremely well presented something different each night from the fly out acts to Disney nights our favourite is the Friday disco which was totally engaging. Our daughter loved it so much so we have had to you tube Tui songs since we have been home and now do the dance routine before bed!! All the staff are incredible but a special mention must go to Sam what a talented young man a real credit to the Tui team.
I agree it is very secluded and literally nothing around the resort but in all honesty if you want a relaxing week where you just want to relax and enjoy you don’t need to leave the hotel and you don’t need too. We did get the little train which was very sweet but the local beach is a bit uncomfortable to walk on. We walked to the local harbour which was beautiful and gorgeous seafood restaurants. We also done La Cinta beach which is about 15 mins away again very pretty but we didn’t actually need to leave the resort we just felt we should.
As soon as we came back we looked at another Family Life resort for later in the year and will continue to book with TUI for our family holidays as it caters perfectly for us all!

Just returned from a great holiday at the Janna e sole. We went with our 5 year old and 2 year old daughters and they loved it. The evening entertainment was really good, they have a brilliant hard working and talented entertainment team, particularly Sam. The girls loved it. Food was good, nice selection. The location is slightly secluded but there is a beach a 5 minute land train ride away, and two more 20 minutes walk away. There are also cheap bus trips available to other nearby locations. The room was basic and a little small for a family of 4, but this wasn't a problem as there was so much to do at the hotel that we didn't spend much time in it.

A great holiday, we will definitely look to do TUI family life again in the future.

Just got back from this great family friendly hotel. Please do NOT listen to the negative reviews people will literally moan about anything. The children’s entertainment was absolutely fantastic our daughter throughly enjoyed this and we couldn’t keep her out of the pools, which are spotless in fact the whole pool area and hotel is spotless. The food was gorgeous with a huge array of different foods on offer to cater to everyone’s taste. Pasta dishes gorgeous and cooked the proper Italian way, loads of cured meats and cheeses on offer and the pizzas are to die for. The plates are of a smaller size and clearly made to be smaller to reduce waste, if your still hungry after your first plate then just keep going back simple really. Both myself my husband and our daughter where stuffed after every meal. All the staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I was slightly conscious reading the reviews regarding the wasps and mosquito issue but honestly they really didn’t bother us. Yes there are wasps just like you get back in the uk but they leave you alone which I was relieved about as I’m petrified of them, regards to the mosquitoes yes they are about like anywhere abroad but if you slap a load of spray on you should be ok, I got bitten twice both these times when I didn’t spray myself with repellent, covered our daughter before we went for tea and didn’t get bitten once. Just one slight negative the shop on site is soooo expensive, 25euros for sun cream. Buy as much as possible back home in Blighty before flying. Children’s pool floats are mega expensive too so get one of those before. Would we return to this hotel 100% we will be returing. Thanks again everyone we had a lovely family holiday.

I’ll start with positives.
1,omelettes at breakfast
2, kids club/entertainment.
3,Giuseppe the bar manager always friendly.
That’s it I’m afraid.
Negatives.
Rooms:-
Small.sorry tiny.
Mini bar:-
Not included in an all inclusive hotel?
Balcony:-
Tiny and shared. I say balcony it was more like a door step. You will see if you have the misfortune of booking here.
Restaurant:-
Food is Luke warm at best, cold some of the time.(except when you order an omelette at breakfast)
The plates that you get your meals on are like side plates approx 7” diameter.(you can’t fit much on)
The staff don’t take plates away when you have finished a course. So you end up with a table full of plates. Also the table is set with only one knife and fork per person. So if you want to get something different to eat you have to hunt for another set of cutlery. Also used tables take an age to get cleaned. (See photos we had been at breakfast for half an hour, these tables were empty when we arrived, still not cleaned when we left)
Snack bar:-
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU EAT HERE.
My daughter was served chicken nuggets that were frozen in the middle. It was only by chance I decided to cut one in half that I discovered this. On complaining to the restaurant manager he said :-Quote from Ricardo. “Frozen uncooked food doesn’t kill. It’s ok”
It’s like I was been made out to be stupid for even showing concern.
Reported it to Tui and they were not bothered either. (See photo of letter received)
My advice cut anything you have in half before eating it please. Also the large chap with glasses that serves the food really should wear some gloves when handling the food in my opinion. (I let you decide)
Bars:-
The staff very rarely smile, they take an age to serve. On one occasion the bar tender was hiding round a corner having a fag. Lorenzo was his name. By the time he got back, the queue was 3 deep. I had to walk off.
The bar by reception turns into a non inclusive bar in the evening????
This leaves you with the pool bar only to get a drink.
Reception:-
Make sure you have basic Italian as they are either playing dumb or can’t understand basic English.
Google translate came in handy. Also check your bar tab as they tried to charge us for a bill from the 22nd of May. We didn’t arrive until the 25th of May.( a bunch of scammers in my opinion)
The beach:-
Shingle and covered in dried seaweed. Very difficult to walk on.
If you walk along the beach around the corner, about 800m it gets a little better.
In summary:-kids entertainment great, tui customer service staff rubbish, Bar staff slow and sad, restaurants poor quality, think twice before you book.

Just came home from a weeks holiday with a 6 and 2 year old. It was a pleasant hotel stunning scenery, nice food the tui reps were amazing and work very hard my son especially loved joe ! Kids enjoyed kids club and little one loved baby crèche the girls in there were fab felt very comfortable with leaving him in there care.Downside is the hotel is very secluded not much around a beach and 20 min walk to the harbour which is very pretty with a few nice restaurants and a gift shop and that’s literally it unless you hire a car, was fine for a week any longer would of been board. Also there is the taverna restaurant you are allowed 2 visits a week it’s a set menu and it wasn’t to my taste so no other menu to order from it’s a shame it doesn’t have another choice of restaurant like other all inclusive hotels. Would of been nice to have a children’s splash park like the Ibiza tui hotel . Overall nice holiday we were lucky with the weather as it rained week before it was chilly in evening but could just do with a bit more restaurants/splash park etc as there is nothing around so for that reason would maybe not go back
