After two weeks of serious eating in Sicily, the restaurant at the Golden Tulip Hotel, provided an unexpected treat. We were hungry and were seated ahead of our reservation time. The mixed salad was fresh, ample, and tasty, the Roma artichokes were delicious. We surprised ourselves by ordering pizza: which was crusty and covered with prosciutto,olives pecorino, an artichokeheart, and mushrooms. The service was crisp and efficient. A happy close to our time in Italy
