“convenient airport hotel”

We landed in Rome on a Friday in order to meet family and travel north the following morning. This was far more convenient than going into Rome. Our room was very nice, clean, spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast was excellent. The bar seems to be open all night which is very convenient because you can order food and eat in the lobby bar evern late at night. A big plus! It is also cheaper than the Hilton itself
I have only two reservations: the first being the shuttle. It is not well signposted and not as easy to find as the hotel site maintains. This particular complaint has already been raised by other visitors but has not really been addressed. You have to exit the main airport doors at ground level, turn immediately right and walk at least 200 yeards until you arrive at a line of bus stops. It is one of the last stops in the line with a sign indicating the hotel. The shuttle is free but not as punctual as the sign suggests.
Secondly, though I had booked a non-smoking room at least 4 months in advance, I was told at reception there weren't any! I stood my ground and received one in the end. A little annoying for a tired visitor after arriving on a flight! I would recommend the hotel though, and would definitely stay her eagin if I had a one night stopover.

Room Tip: The adjoining family suites are spacious.

We are currently working to improve the Shuttle service that leaves the Hotel every 30 minutes, we installed at the stop few months ago a telephone that communicates to the Hotel and we are continuing working on this important aspect of the service.

We spent a night in this hotel before taking the following day the plane for Los Angeles.
We used the shuttle (free of charge) from and to the airport and it was very efficient.
The check in was done in a efficient and professional way answering all our questions.
We had also the breakfast the following morning before going to the airport but we had a limited time because of the morning flight and so we dind't had the time to taste everything but we were a little in a hurry. Anyway, everything was good and well presented.
Nothing to complain about the hotel but only positive things.
I chosed this hotel because it was cheaper than the Hilton but the quality is very hight so we were very satisfied.
So our trip to Los Angeles had a good start!

We broke up our flight home with an overnight at Rome Airport. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and modern. The free WiFi was a plus. Staff was very pleasant. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a continental breakfast (a large buffet was also available). My husband used the small fitness center. The hotel shuttle was hard to find at the airport but convenient to return to the airport and the schedule is posted at the front desk.

A group of 30 school kids (including myself) missed our flight home, so we checked in at the Hilton Garden Inn. After a week of crashing out in various hostels around Italy, it immediately felt like a blessing. The staff greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to organise a buffet for us (at around midnight) they made us feel incredibly welcome at all times and always ensured that we were comfortable. Our rooms were fantastic- spotless with beds to die for. Our continental buffet in the morning (8 euros per person) had a huge selection of eggs, bacon, cereal, juices, toast and pastries to choose from which was great value for money. Overall, this hotel and staff combined made a potentially appalling situation, really really enjoyable, thank you Hilton xxx

We were recently booked for this Hotel for 1 night to make a return flight more manageable because of time. Everything was excellent. When our flights were cancelled due to Sandy, the hotel staff made arrangements for us to stay in the same room for three more nights. All of the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. One of the counter staff steered us to the L'Orologio restaraunt in Fiumicino where the food was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to her. The hotel was spotless and room serices were prompt and impecable. The restaraunt was very good, breakfast especially and the waitstaff was very cordial and proficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, well managed place to be near the airport in Rome.
A special thank you to the Director of Operations, Simone, who was very visible and always inquiring about any needs we might have. This is a very well managed facility. He and his staff should be commended for their efforts.

I took my wife to the Garden Inn where we spent the night before her flight out of Rome Fiumicino the next day. For that purpose it was excellent. I couldn't see staying here for an extended period, as there is not much in the area and there is no shuttle into Rome. Overall a very nice property. We arrived after lunch and had pizza at the bar, which wasn't very good; however, dinner that night in the restaurant was excellent. Shuttle service to the airport was very efficient. The exercise room is not too bad, but nothing to rave about. I was surprised how quiet the room was considering it is adjacent to the airport. After staying both here and at the Hilton nearby, I'd say the latter is a better choice for Hilton properties near this airport.

My first stay here as the main Hilton attached to the terminals was full,it was supposed to be close by but was on winding roads 5km away and a lucky 10 Euro Taxi ride as the shuttle is not reliable.Open plan bar come restaurant on the ground entrance,packed with overnight passengers like myself and upon looking through the menu I was pleasantly surprised with lots of fresh local produce and fish.Orders promptly taken by friendly girls and swiftly delivered piping hot.Low priced wines were welcome and delicious from lesser known vineyards,all bargains.
My room was slightly larger than a closet but had everything I needed,clean and tidy but worn corridor carpets and scuffed walls,but for the price who cares.They arranged a special pickup for me at 5.30am and it was prompt.Not my first choice but I would go again just for the restaurant and service was really good.If you are going in a taxi ask to go on the meter,they fix prices and rip you off with a smile as everything local is 30Euro and double to Rome,the taxi drivers all play the same game and smile as they rip you off.I was lucky to find one one the airport perimeter otherwise its 30 Euro for a five minute ride,or lots of patience for the shuttle,the signage for which is impossible to find.
