This hotel is convenient, but that's all it has going for it. The lobby seems to be newish, but the rest of the place is OLD! The pool and changerooms at the fitness area are particularly disgusting. THe pool is full of sand and the water so murky you wouldn't dare go in.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. As to the swimming pool, I am very sorry to hear that the conditions of the pool were not up to our standards. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused. Just on a side note, as from last 1st September, the management of the Fitness center has changed. A new external company has taken over and will run and manage the Fitness Center according to our highest standards of quality and service.

Comfortable hotel with great location for the airport, of course. It's about a 30 minute shuttle ride away from the city, but it's quite easy. The bus drops you off right in the heart of everything, near the Vittorio Emanuele monument, from which you can walk just about anywhere. The bus leaves every 2 hours and the last one returns to the hotel at 11 PM. There's free wifi in the lobby and the breakfast buffet is good, but nothing phenomenal. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Like most hotels, there are some areas not to accept rooms. Here, rooms close to the lifts and the service access are noisy with bags wheeled over the tiled floor and staff in and out and loud talking from 6.00am. We are members of the Hhonors club which seems to provide no advantages either in welcome or amenity.

Room Tip: Stay away from the service areas

This was my 4th stay at this hotel as a final destination before departing Italy. As I always rent a car, it's very convenient to the rental hub and a short walk to the hotel after drop off. Also, it's very close in proximity to FCO with shuttle service provided if needed.
Check in was swift, smooth and done with great courtesy and a smiling face. In fact, all of the staff through out were very courteous, helpful and most welcoming. The room was clean as always and the bed so comfortable. I always sleep well here. ! was very pleased with the restaurant service and the food. Check out went without a hitch and I was on my way in very short order.
I've never regretted staying in this Hilton and when in country the next time, I'll stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location. You can walk to your early flight in the morning. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Big TV with, amazingly for Rome, lots of channels in English. Bravo Hilton! Wasn't impressed at all with the food and beverage options - usal Hilton rip-off.

The downside is the cost. I know it's at the airport, but there comes a time when you know you're being taken advantage of. It's far, far too expensive for what it is. That said, I enjoyed my stay here.

Based on the period of the year, the occupancy of the hotel, promotions available and time in advance toward the booking date, rates could be significantly different and very convenient, just like being an airline ticket.

Stayed here for 1 night with fiancé after arriving in Rome at 8pm from 24 hours of flight time.
Located close to airport, was a little tricky to find which exit to head to at the terminal, however this was fixed by simply asking someone. Once this was sorted, making our way from the terminal to the hotel was about 5-10 walk through covered walkways. Some people have complained that this is a long walk, however there is a shuttle available to and from the terminal also. The walkways are fitted out with travelators and even with 1 large suitcase and backpack each, we managed fine.
Check in was slow, largely due to many airlines using this at their hotel of choice for flight crew. Room was very basic but clean. We were on the 1st floor so wifi from the lobby downstairs was accessible and therefore we did not pay. Room was decent size for European standards but poorly laid out eg: no room between bed and desk to walk past.
Not a quiet hotel, however we were so tired after our journey that this was not too much of a problem and slept through most noise.
Breakfast room was clean and very large. Good selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruit and toast etc.
Check out for was easy as was the walk back to terminal for Venice flight as a restful nice stop in at the Hilton.
Probably would not recommend staying for long periods of time when visiting Rome, but certainly a good option when needing to stay close to the airport.

thank you for your detailed and useful comment about your experience in our hotel.
I am sure that the info you shared about your stay will be useful to other travellers and guests coming to visit and staying in our hotel.
I would like to highlight that the hotel is directly connected to the airport terminals 1, 2 and 3 by a sky walkway and it is a matter of walking few minutes to reach the desired gate.
As far as the signage indicating how to reach the hotel, we are working closely with the Airport Authority in order to improve the indications and make it simpler to find us.

Awful service checking in.
Was told the incorrect room number and given 3 incorrect room keys aswell as having to
Wait 45 minutes to enter the room whilst the supervisor had to come meet me on the 4th floor having refused to come
Down once again. No apology for the inconvenience and having being a gold member would not expect this. No apology or any kind gestures to
Say sorry for the huge inconvenience. The door is still
Faulty and they would did
Not offer to change my room after requesting a change as the door swipe key was faulty. Awful and poor customer service.

Run down and shabby bathrooms with metal
Hardware rusting.

Very basic..not even hair conditioner was provided, pen and notepad, slippers or dressing gown and poor view from room.

Good shuttle bus service. Would not use this hotel again.

We are planning a renovation of the bathroom in the near future and in the meantime we have a maintenance routine program to assure that everything is working fine, including the door key card reader.
