Needed a one night stay on our way to an early morning flight to return to USA. 5 mins. from airport by taxi. Lovely European B & B. Immaculate room & bath. 7:30 am flight so they arranged to set up breakfast a 1/2 hr. early for us. Wonderful food & helpful staff from greeting to departure. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this lovely B&B before our flight from Rome back to the states. How lucky we were to get a room in this beautiful little hotel B&B. Everything was brand new in May and in perfect condition. Lovely and sparklingly clean rooms. Fantastic staff and owner. We arrived early, having just gotten off of a 20 day cruise. They let us check in early and even treated us to coffee and treats. Completely unexpected and so greatly apprieciated!! There were several sidewalk cafes and gelato stands less than a block away and a stroll on the harbor is a must! What a great ending to a fantastic and tiring trip! Thanks so much!

Room Tip: This is a small B&B. Book early to make sure you get to stay at this lovely place!

Super place. We stayed one night to be close to the airport. It is five minutes away by taxi, 15 Euros. The hotel looks brand new inside. The rooms, the hallways and the dining room are all decorated with great elegance. All the doors. room hardware, bathroom are of high quality. For the price which included a terrific breakfast it is highly recommended. The breakfast includes ham, cheese, omelettes, pastry, cereals, fruits and many other things. They ask you what type of coffee you like and they make it for you. There were three ladies tending the hotel and they could not be more helpful. They made you feel at home. One of them took us accross the street to a great restaurant, infront of the hotel. That last night at Domus Lina was a great way to finish our vacation. This is a very cozy place that you will enjoy. If you wnat to be close to the airport this is the place to stay. Other hotels like Marriot Cout Yard are a few bloks away, but hands down choose this one.

The hotel was just as it was described on the websites of Booking.com and Trip Advisor. We checked in way earlier than scheduled after a 10 day hectic cruise of the Meditarannean and after an hours drive from the port of Civatavechchia - for a one night's stay, and were warmly welcomed . What you got is what you saw !( On Trip Advisor and Booking .com). The hotel is new(started in May 2011) and the room was suprisingly very large, super clean - absolutely immaculate in white, minimalistic, but well designed and stylishly executed especialy - the lovely drapes, the carefully picked furniture( a quaint mix of antique like wardrobes and contemporary chairs in perspex !) and right down to the monogram of the hotel on the bedcover . The bed was so comfortable and the sheets smelled nice and clean . The bathroom was also so very clean and nice, in white again interspersed with lovely aqua coloured tiles. It had a super shower and even bedroom slippers !. They served up a lovely breakfast too .It really was a 5 star room at 3-4 star prices !.

What we were specially impressed about were the friendly and helpful staff . Special mention is made of Donatella who was in touch with us on e-mail , after our initial booking thru Booking .com and Gabriella, both from front office... and not forgetting the very elegant owner, Giovanna, who even offered to take us to the airport, if our taxi did not turn up on time. She even offered to organise another tour of Italy for us !.

We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends and family and needless to say, we will stay there again on our next trip to Rome. It is just minutes away from Fiumicino airport and 30 -45 mins to Rome. We simply loved the ambience of the place with access to many restaurants and pizzeria's round the corner.

We heard that the hotel is planning a fully fledged restaurant soon . That would promise to turn out to be just as nice as the current facilities. We suggest a fine dining place plus a corner for Pizza's, pastas and those famed Italian coffees. (They do serve up a good cappuchino even now !)

Thank you all for the short but memorable stay !

Best Regards

Arrivederci

I stayed just one night, before flying back to the states. What a gem this hotel is! The welcome was so warm, the staff was friendly, helpful, and concerned that everything was to my liking.
The room was modern, I loved the spare white decor and bedding. The bathroom was probably the best one I had in Italy with wonderful amenities. Everything was spotless.
Breakfast was fantastic. Tasty and plentiful.
I enjoyed walking along the harbor in the evening, watching the fishing boats come in and sell right from the boat!
If you have a morning flight, please consider staying here. You won't be disappointed.
